Terrible with communication. Every time I call and try to get information for my referral to begin my therapy I’m sent to voicemail. I’ve literally had my called ignored and went into the office and it’s empty. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re trying to get the proper care.

Do not go here no one answers your phone call Simon Med tried calling them also because I was told I could get my X-rays done same day and they would receive them WRONG!! I wasted a day from work and all I got was a much of BS & run around.

Went in for appointment and was asked where my x-ray was. Was not told I needed to have an x-ray before being seen. Total lack of communication. Receptionist was not friendly at all. Not going back
