Kid-1 is a great place! My daughter refused to go to the dentist until I took her to Kid-1. Now she doesnt mind going, they are excellent with her! They are such nice people, they treat everyone like one of the family!!

This place is great. We called a bunch of places on labor day and this was the only place open. They saw my son the same day. The staff was kind, gentle and did a great job!

Dentist and staff are excellent jobs actually they’re such friendly to my daughter feel comfortable and look forward to going to the dentist! 😊👍

My son went in to get work done. The anesthesiologist was really good about keeping him calm during the visit. She was very nice, and even called us back later that day to check on us.

I keep coming back because I apparently believe in too many chances. Every time I come in there is one lady that is always rude. I understand kids are different but if a mother expresses to you how her child handles situations best, anyone should have respect enough to listen. Every visit I’ve had instead of listening they push you into leaving your kid alone without you. I don’t need to tell them that one of my children have anxiety and that my voice calms them. I don’t need to tell them that my other kid has health issues and we’ve been in drs offices non stop and I am the one that has always gotten him to cooperate for even invasive testing. All I should have to say is I’ll be in the room there is no need for further detail. Respect parents choices and don’t give an attitude when it’s not what you prefer. Two visits ago I expressed my frustrations, I shouldn’t quit coming 5 visits ago but here I am finally ready to leave this place. I can’t wait to find a better pediatric dentist.

Great experience! It was my child’s first time seeing a dentist and the staff was very gentle and patient with her.

Always have a good experience here with both of my kids. Very kid friendly and the staff helps the kids understand about proper mouth hygiene and how to take care of their teeth.

Staff are always so nice and friendly. My kids love it here. Play area and tv with movie in the lobby. All the rooms in the back are different Disney themed, weve pretty much been in all of them. Kids earn prize at end for doing a great job. Definitely reccomend to any parent with kids. Definitely the place to go. Located in the middle of town.

I was very impressed by this office and staff from the second I walked in. The emphasis is on the patients and there are so many touches around the office that show they go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Thanks Dr Jensen!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I absolutely do not recommend this dentist office. We just had the worst experience ever. My 8 year old daughter has never been afraid of the dentist. She has had spacers put in and removed, never cried. Today she was happy to be getting her spacers out. This dentist told her to let him know if she felt pain. She did, he wouldnt listen, kept interrupting her and saying Oh you are just nervous. It hurt her so bad, she was sobbing and choking. One of her teeth is now chipped, no gauze for the bleeding. I will never take my children back here again! My problem is with the Dentist Giordano, not the staff.

Absolutely love this dentist for my children! They have come here since they were 6 months old. They love that the rooms are fun and not plain white making it Intemidating. It is already a scary thing for kids they make it fun!!! The doctor rides around on roller blades and is very happy every visit! Makes it even more fun for the children. Their lobby is colorful and exciting and they have a little castle area with toys for them to enjoy. I wouldnt recommend anyone else. Keep up the good work Kid1 your doing a great job!❤❤

I love this place been taking my son since he was 8 moths old and now his 10. Grate friendly staff for the exception of a new dental assistant is rude and unfriendly to my son .

These people just did my girlfriends teeth and they messed up. they used laughing gas and then used a needle and stuck it in the same spot 5 or 6 different times. they were purely unprofessional to here mom, me, and her. they dont listen to anything anyone said, they talked crap about her mom right in front of her when her mom left the room. they were very rude to me because they have no patience. they treated her like nothing. they told her to raise her hand if it hurt, but they didnt care no matter how many times she raised her hand they just kept going. im glad that we will never be coming back because if we do me and the dentist are gonna have some words. they have no respect. they told us we need to c a doctor last time we were in there but that was a month ago and the doctor wont c here for another month. bc the doctor is really busy so we cant get her in for a while. and the dentist didnt care and didnt listen and tried saying her mom and dad are neglecting their child. well maybe if they would actually listen maybe they would know whats going on. but no they are irresponsible. so if i were u i wouldnt go there unless u want to be treated like crap. they r unreliable, unprofessional, irresponsible.
