Dr. P and staff are great! You shouldnt have any fears of going to the dentist. But, if you do, this staff certainly will put you at ease. Ive had Gary for my past 2 cleanings and I appreciate the informative way he provides feedback during a routine cleaning. For the first time in my 51 years, I had a positive dental experience! Dr. P and the entire staff were warm, welcoming, patient and understanding of my dental anxiety.

Appointment was for deep periodontal cleaning. I have never been one to race for dental work. My Hygienist, Gary @Dr. Ps office removed my fears and anxietys. He was thoughtful, professional, but most of all he wanted me to share with him any pain annoyance. I am very pleased with the service provided, from the front office staff as well. Most of all No Pain! Simply put, a great team to be a part of!

Great experience...Dr P is so easy going and flies around from one room to another knowing the mission he is on when he enters the next room. Root canal and crown were a piece of cake...great office personnel also. They are all so sweet and helpful.

What a wonderful office! Everyone was caring and polite. Dr Daryl listened to my thoughts instead of trying to talk me into paying more money for expensive procedures. Gary asked me several times how I was doing while he cleaned my teeth. The entire team was great and it was obvious how much they care about their patients. I recommend this Dental office highly.

I would not recommend this dentist ever. I made a teeth cleaning appointment and they told me it would cost $100. My wife and I both made appointments. When we arrived I asked her again how much it would cost. They told me $100 each for teeth cleaning. When we finished they charged us over $600.00. I complained and they said they had to do x-rays and several other services. They didnt tell me at the time there would be additional charges. They are running a real scam. Do not go there.

I have been a customer for 18 years. I only wait a few minutes and the dentist has never done more work then he needs to. Years ago we were almost bankrupt and they were willing to take what I could pay. They did not go into my bankruptcy but my doctor did.

I would really rate them no stars from my experience but it wont let me! I went there as a first time patient bc we got a coupon in the mail $49 for x-ray and cleaning. Got there the receptionist was nice was asked to fill out some paperwork. Waiting wasnt very long maybe 10 minutes. The assistant was very nice while doing x-rays and keeping conversation. When the dentist came in he was he was very quick to look over my x-rays said everything looked fine. When he went to exam my mouth he was very quick examining my teeth and never did a cleaning in which was why I came in for and stated that I had Periodontal disease without asking if I was having any mouth pain or swelling. Then they sent me to April to further explain what the dentist said and it would be over 600 in cleaning that day if I wanted. Mind you i have no mouth pain or swelling and the total bill they gave me was over 3,000. I also saw another review from a lady that they did the same thing too and her Colorado dentist reassured her she did not have periodontal disease. I would not recommend this place to have anything done seems to me they are running a scam to get the most money out of people they can. Will not be going back here ever!Edit: I went to Aspen Dental in Casa Grande to get a second opinion on the periodontal disease. They said my mouth was one of the healthiest they have seen all day and stated I did not have periodontal disease but did have reseating gums and surface stains and no cavities. I would recomend Aspen. They were all friendly and precise and I am going back today for a regular cleaning.

My husband and I had appts on July 1st, 2020. They had diagnosed me with periodontal disease and recommended a deep cleaning for over $2,000. I went to my previous dentist in Colorado, who assured me I do NOT have periodontal disease. My husband needed a bridge and I needed two crowns. Casa Grande Dentistry told us our total with the deep cleaning would be $10,000. (That did not include an oral surgeon charge.) Dr. Greg Micheli, in Colorado did all of our work (tooth extraction, bridge, crowns) for a total of $2,000. I realize prices in Arizona are higher, but there was no need to diagnose me with something I DONT have!

First visit, very friendly staff,The only thing that bothered me was that not all staff were wearing masks, and the few that were had them on their chin.With this serious pandemic we’re all living with now, I would of liked to see all staff more serious about protecting us their patients.CDC says spittle droplets from speaking can transmit the COVID-19, so my feelings are if I protect you from my spittle, I would want you to protect me from yours by not spitting on my mask.My mother and I are seniors and wear our masks and gloves every time we’re out.I hope they consider wearing their masks, all the patients that entered their office while my visit had a mask.Especially in a place where people are walking by patients that are having their mouths wide open while being worked on and vulnerable to the air particles floating around them and from patients and staff that walked by them without masksI’ve been to two other doctor offices, chase bank and all required mask and even temperature checked this week,I will be visiting this office again because my mother really liked the service and dentist and at 90 her comfort is why my concerns are valid.

My first visit here, is the best dental treatment I have ever had. There was very little waiting time all around. I never knew a crown could be done in one day, and the prep work was minimal and painless. The staff was very friendly and caring. It was quite interesting to watch my crown being constructed, and the technician was very thorough and experienced. It fit perfectly! The clinic was well kept and comfortable. I called CG Family Dentistry on a Tuesday got an appointment for that following Thursday , arrived did my paperwork waited no more than 10 minutes, immediately I was seated by the dental assistant, seen by the doctor given a prognosis, and asked if I wanted to do the treatment that same day . I said yes, the procedure was done promptly and professionally. I was escorted out and given instructions of how to care for my procedure. Total professionalism from the moment you walk in the door and speak to the receptionist until the assistant walks you out. I had a great experience this morning.

I had a broken crown and CG Family Dentistry got me in right away. I was in and out in under two hours with a new crown!The staff are professional, friendly and jovial.I loved my dentist, and this may be our new dental care home for any major work that we need done!

The staff was friendly and the services provided were good. This was my first visit, when I called to make my appointment I was told it would be $49 for the exam, x-rays and cleaning. During my exam I was told I needed a periodontal cleaning and it would be full price. Most dental offices would charge the difference between a standard cleaning and a periodontal cleaning. Also when I arrived, I was shocked to see they wanted an extra $10 fee per visit for Covid 19 supplies. I called my old dentist in Colorado Springs to see if they were charging this fee or if this was a new practice among dentists. They said did not charge extra fees for Covid 19 supplies and did not know any dentists who did. I feel strongly that charging such a fee is a poor practice and will cost them more is lost business over the long run. Not a good way to build a dental practice!

What can I say except it was a great experience as always. They are efficient and friendly and do a great job.

This was the first time my mom and I had went to this dental office. When we first arrived at their office everyone was super nice, and we thought it was going to be a great experience, then things suddenly took a turn for the worst. My mom had a tooth repaired on her dentures, and once we went to pick up her repaired dentures from this dental office, the tooth literally fell out of her mouth as we were driving home!!! We rushed back to their office, and they immediately sent the dentures to their lab down the street to be repaired AGAIN. Their attention to the problem was good and fast, but we found out that her dentures had never initially been repaired at their lab down the street. Instead they had tried to do a quick gluing job in-house at their dental office, which is why the tooth never adhered to the denture, and fell out of her mouth as we drove home. We had hoped that we had found a good dental office in Casa Grande, but unfortunately that was not the case. We will never go back there again. If you need dentures repaired, we would advise you to not go there. Maybe the other services they provide are okay. We are just reviewing what happened to us in regards to a denture repair.

The Dentist made me fill like he cared about how I felt about getting new teeth i had a set and could not wear them from another dentist in casa grande but he was do caring that I fill like when I get my new set they will be fone right .

I had my gums deep cleaned and than had my tooth capped. I was very pleased with both things. The capped tooth was great. No foam in mouth no coming back for a second visit. In 1 1/2 hours I had my cavity removed, tooth scanned, and a machine made the cap the dentist put it on and I left. I would advise anyone to go to them.

The staff and dentist were very nice and friendly, I went in for wisdom teeth removal which proved to be on the more difficult end. The extraction took over an hour, I was told the tooth would be cut in about 3-4 pieces to remove but he removed it whole. I was not given any pain medication for the excruciating pain after, even after I came back after developing dry socket. Its been 6 weeks and every week I have teeth or bone fragment still coming out of the extraction site causing alot of pain for a few days after. The dentist seemed very rushed and toward the end of the extraction I felt he just wanted to get it over with and yanked it out and didnt finish removing all the pieces. My lower jaw literally looks like hamburger meat to this day. Definitely regret getting them out at this point. Two stars because at least they were really nice and friendly during the procedure.

This has been my dentistry for life, Ive gone here ever since I had teeth and the ladies at the front desk have been there just as long! They always make me feel welcome and my teeth always feel fantastic after a visit there. This place truly is a Family Dentistry.

My sister had a tooth that was in desperate need of attention. All night she moaned and groaned. Her face was swollen and her pain was at a level 13(on a scale of 1-10) She doesnt have dental insurance and every place she called wanted cash payment for exam, X-rays, and extraction. She found a place that would bill her monthly but she couldnt get in for three days. I felt so bad for her.I did a bit of research and calledCASA GRANDE FAMILY DENTAL.This place was awesome, when I tell you they earned every 🌟 they earned every 🌟. Professional, skilled, kind, delicate and efficient.My sister was in their office within the next hour and a half. Ive been a patient at Casa Grande Family Dentistry for five years. Friendly and thorough exams by professional staff and I seldom spend more than a few minutes in the waiting room.

It was discovered that my daughter had cavities and she had a chipped tooth. Upon calling the office to schedule I spoke with the front desk girl that quoted me $200.00. I asked for someone in billing or someone that could look at the chart. I got April the office manager. She stated the cost was $160.20. She broke down all the cost per filling. I asked are you sure? I dont have money for the $200. Her and I went round and round about the cost in that call, The appointment was sent. I called the day of the appointment to verify the $160.20 and to make the payment. Again I was told the payment is $160.20 and theyd give the receipt to my daughter. The fillings were done. And about a month later I received a bill for and additional $48.60. I called ask about this additional bill and the girl states the insurance is still paying. I asked how will I know if the bill is paid and shes said, “ you just wont get another bill.” There is still no mention a the cost being an estimate.The next month not only do I get a bill, but the bill has grown to $235.00. I called the office again to ask about the bill. Frustrated I asked to speak with the office manager again. April now states “ this is not a “BILL” this is a “SUMMARY”.” So we argued if it was a bill or a summary. April states the bill is not $235.00 its really $80.00. I said I just got this bill and it doesnt say anything about $80.00. April says the total amount was $240.00 and I paid $160. April say,” the amount given at the appointment is an estimate”. I said “ April, we talked about how I couldnt afford the $200 office visit and that if the cost was so high Id break up the procedures.” She said,” well you signed an agreement to pay the cost and that the cost was an estimate. I explained in fact I had not signed anything and no one else remember signing anything either. April at one point states she will send the new bill of $80 and the EOB. I then asked for all this signed paperwork. April state they dont need the paperwork that they rendered the services and I owe the money. April was on speaker phone in my car with the kids listening. I had to keep asking April why she was yelling at me and cutting me off. April eventually states she will ask the dr to waive the $80 and call me Monday.I called back AGAIN on Monday. I get April and she states I asked the Dr and because you wont listen and are rude he refuses to waive the fee. Granted I never yelled, raised my voice, swore, or called names. In fact April keeps cutting me off and stating I DONT CARE we rendered the services and youll pay the $80.00. If I didnt wanna pay “ thats fine well send you to collections. This conversation happened 6 days ago and I still havent received the bill, EOB or a copy of signed documents. April passed the phone to Denise in billing. I told Denise April and I had this conversation about what I could afford and I dont have to money for this. Denise says just pay us $20 per month. So I kept saying I dont have the money. Denise says I need to contact my insurance. Seriously though what is the insurance going to tell me? Neither the insurance nor I knew what they were billing for so how was we suppose to know the additional cost. They stated they didnt submit charges till after the procedure anyway. There seems to be and issues with the Hugh difference in billing. Ive been given 4 different amount to pay. I also cant understand why there wasnt a bill with my son if this was just an ”estimate” and they “ dont submit til after the procedures. Literally they had the same procedures. I have a feeling there is something wrong and they just want me to pay due to the errors in their office. I believe this is why they kept cutting me off in all of our conversations. The refused to listen or explain any discrepancies. April couldnt explain the discrepancy in the bill amounts $48.60, $235.00, $240.00 now $80.00? Denise stated “ STOP SAYING $235.00 THE PATIENT PORTION IS $240.00. I dont have a bill for that either $240 or $80.

Wow! Should have checked the reviews on this place first. I had a tooth fall out of my bridge. Its happened at least 4 times before over the years. The most Ive ever paid was $80 to get it re-glued. This place had to take 2 X-rays and make it a huge deal. At all the other dentists this was a 10 minute procedure.The doctor first said that it couldnt be done and tried to charge me $2400 for a new bridge. When I refused and told him Id glue it myself suddenly it was possible to fix my old bridge and glue this one tooth in. It took him all of 5 minutes.HE CHARGED ME $ $230+ for this little bit of work! Never again! You got me this time but you wont ever get me again!Watch this place! Definitely dont recommend them! Its ok to make a living... just not like this. Shame on you!

I had an abcess and I needed the tooth extracted. Dr. P was very rushed and told his assistant to give a prescription for antibiotics and come back the following week for the extraction. He left the room without a word to me. I returned a few days later for the extraction and was still swollen and hurting from the abcess, but he went ahead with the extraction. Which turned into oral surgery. He gave me a shot and returned a couple min later ready to start digging. I told him I am not numb yet. He gave me a little more novacane and returned again, put his gloves on and again I told him I am not completely numb yet. He started anyway. I was in so much pain and he was so ruff, I was in tears. He finally finished and just took his gloves off, tossed them on the tray and said sorry I had to beat you up and walked out without a word never to be seen again. I was left alone until the assistant returned and asked if I thought I would need anything for pain. Umm Yes.. I just had oral surgery, had a big deep hole with no sutures, practically without being numb.. I think I will need something. She came back with a script for a medication I cannot take which is clearly on my chart. I said I cannot take Hydrocodone because I get nausea and vomiting.. She left to tell the doc and came back with the answer of just take over the counter meds Really?? I felt I was treated poorly and not even talked to about my future dental work and care needed. I have insurance and had to pay twice as much as quoted because my extraction turned into a surgery. I was in pain and could hardly eat for a week after. This was my first visit and would never go back. I have had oral surgery, root canals, extractions, fillings, cleanings etc..and have never had so much pain and discomfort. I would have probably had better care in Mexico.
