Brittany was very helpful with my forever changing schedule getting me in on a time the worked for me which was nice! Vanessa made it easy to understand the treatment plan but he did make it clear to me the difference between their office and a general dentistry doing my work for me. Now let me tell you Dr. Karyn is amazing she caught something that has been going unnoticed by my medical doctors by noticing something about my teeth and gums that have a lot of dentists have written off in the past; to top that off she is super friendly. Highly recommend this place and its the team that helped me!

I work at an Ortho office in Maryland and one of my patients moved and needed to be seen in NC. Another place she had called kept playing phone tag and games with her so I took it into my own hands. I forgot the receptionist name that helped, but she is new and was sooo helpful! Also super patient with me with scheduling for my patient. Their new patient is satisfied with her help and can’t wait to get into the office :) Very helpful and friendly over the phone so I can only imagine being in office is an even better experience :) Thanks!

I cant say enough about Dr. Cross and his amazing team of professionals! I am forever grateful for the TLC and personable attention I received during my procedure. The most impressive part is, the compassion and thoughtfulness is so genuine, which makes it obvious - its not just something they do, its truly who they are. So refreshing!!!

Dr. Kyrn and his staff are awesome. The office is spotless and they follow the COVID-19 guidelines. I know I choose the right orthodontists.

The entire staff is phenomenal. They explained the process well, got you in and out during your appointments and my teeth look great!

Another great experience with this office. This time with the oral surgery side. I met the staff on that side and Dr. Cross. Everybody was super nice and accommodating to me. They took time to explain treatment plans as well as payment options for each plan. Dr. Cross is awesome. He is very patient and you can tell has a confidence that comes along with being an expert at what he does. I look forward to being a patient and customer here for a long time. It’s not easy finding a dentist that you feel comfortable. I’m blessed to have found one and I recommend this place to everyone who reads this!

Great experience here! Very knowledgeable, enjoyable people here with high technology so I knew we were in good hands. Dr Lang, Brittney, and Peggy all made my daughter feel at ease.

Dr. Wong and her assistant were professional, adept and extremely gentle. My waiting time to see the doctor was minimal, and the procedure was completed in the timeframe allotted. The office was clean and modern, and the office staff were courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Wong to anyone looking for a five-star orthodontist or oral surgeon.

Dr. Kang is highly qualified and the staff is attentive and courteous. Great office space. Comfortable, inviting and hip. Great place for our daughter to have her slight under bite corrected.
