Dr. Bohn is one of the most caring dentist that I have ever seen. He is gentle, informs you as to what he plans to do before he does it--which is very assuring. He is extremely professional and definitely knows his craft. I would highly recommend him to anyone. On a scale from 1 to 5 with five being the highest--he is a 15 plus. He is AWESOME!!!!

I had only been to Wake Dental once prior for a regular checkup with Dr. Allen (a great experience!) and after falling and chipping my front tooth quite badly, called and got an appointment within a few days. Jeannine and Dr. Bohn were incredible, taking the time to x-ray my impacted tooth and explain my options. I was interested in having my other front tooth (chipped for over a decade) fixed, as well, and Dr. Bohn did AMAZING work. My smile hasnt been unchipped since I can recall and Im so happy! I rarely review things, but Wake Dental Care is just really exceptional. Their staff is so friendly and nice, and so helpful. And we love the dentists. We have seen Dr. Bohn and Dr. Allen and they are both amazing. Dr. Bohn actually extracted my wisdom teeth recently (it was time!!), but had never pressured me to do so (unlike other dentists). My children (now 12 and 15, weve been seen here since they were like 3 and 6 maybe? A long time!) are seen here as well, and they love going to the dentist. If thats not a resounding recommendation, I dont know what is!

I simply can not say enough positive things about my experience with Wake Dental. My anxiety was a 10 going into the office. I had not seen a dentist for 11 years due to past negative experiences. Great dental practice for our whole family! Everyone is super nice.

The office was very nicely furnished and high tech. Its was very nice of them to have individual TVs for you to watch while getting work done. On top of that the head dentist had a great personality and was very helpful, and the rest of the staff was very professional.

My wife and I moved here from IL a month ago. As luck would have it,I needed a filling repaired within a week after we arrived in NC. After a bunch of research, I discovered Wake Dental Care in Cary. Their reviews are uniformly excellent online, and now I know why. They scheduled me in to see Dr. Allen quickly, and he has great skills. His chair-side manner is superb also. Every single person at this practice is warm and welcoming. Cady and Jeannine are great, and all the ladies at the front desk area (Karen and her colleagues) are all super-friendly, and nice. I have a phobia about getting dental work, and need a bit of extra support during any procedures I must have. Everyone on the clinical side at Wake Dental Care was very gentle and understanding, and provided me with some of the best dental care Ive ever had. My wife is equally impressed with these folks. If we ever move elsewhere in the Triangle area, Ill stay with this practice no matter where we live. They are highly recommended.

I’m 81 years old and have never been to a dental office I enjoyed until I met Dr Bohn and staff. I’m serious when I say I look forward to going there. The entire staff is friendly and upbeat. Dr Bohn is very professional and friendly and did a super job for me. They have attractive dental plans for those who don’t have dental insurance. I signed up the first day. I don’t mind paying. I just like to know I’m being treated fairly. Even Dr Bohn laughed when I said, “You guys pick me up when I come here. “

I met Katherine, my dental hygienist, this morning and she did a wonderful job taking an x-ray of a sensitive tooth which we have been watching. He treated me as if I were the only patient that he had in his office. Everyone from the front desk receptionist to all others who I come in contact in their office are consistently so pleasant. Great dentist with great service. Highly recommend. Ive now used Wake Dental Care three times. First was an emergency tooth repair, second was a standard cleaning and the third was a cavity repair. All three times were a great experience. I saw Dr. Jerry Allen. He is friendly, kind and professional. He and his staff made me feel welcome and very comfortable. I am extremely happy with his work on my teeth. I would highly recommend them to you.

I have no complaint on the dentist. My hygienist that day was average. However I am extremely disappointed about the front desk and the billing here. When I showed my dental insurance card to the front desk, I was NOT told that they are actually out of network of my insurance. Second, for a basic examination and cleaning, I received about $500 bill because of this out of network issue, without being told that I need to pay this amount before the service. I suggest that if you really like this place, be sure to check with them about the cost before any procedures.UPDATE 12/10/2018: After reviewing my itemized bill, I realized how that $500+ bill came from. My dental insurance is actually allowed to pay 80% for preventative procedures (yes we did pay a good premium each month for the high quality dental insurance), even for out-of-network providers like Wake Dental Care. However, my unexpected high bill came from the difference between the dentists charges and the insurances allowances (50% or more). Unfortunately Wake Dental Care refused to honor the insurances allowance so my actually responsibility is around 60%. I still have a feeling of being cheated because my Patient Right to Know was completely ignored during our 4 visits to this provider. I already paid the bill and I dont recommend this provider to you. Thanks for reading my review.

Dr. Bohn is awesome! Quickly fixed a chipped tooth and gave me two options to consider for repair. I have been going here for years and always get top notch care. Dr Walker and Katie are the best. They are very personable and listen to your requests and concerns to make sure you are comfortable. I have had everything from cavities to caps done by Dr Walker and his work is top notch and well done. I am generally quite critical of dentists but this one is a keeper. The whole office is run well and very friendly and organized. The front end business folks know their jobs when it comes to scheduling and billing and do a great job of working with your insurance folks. Been going here for about 4 years. When we initially moved from a different state, we were looking around for nicest doctors in the area and we lucked out when we found Wake Dental.Even though some of the doctors have changed & so have the assistants, the staff is still very friendly and accommodating. They take care of the patients very well.

Called Wake Dental this morning and was fortunate to get a cancellation spot that had opened up! I needed a new patient visit for a broken filling and was in and out within an hour. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Allen was thorough and informative. I’m not good at going to the DDS, this was my first visit in 9 years and I am going back next week for a thorough visit, which I was not pressured into making in the slightest. When I’m done, my husband will be next because Wake Dental Care is worth 5 stars!!

Ive been going to Wake Dental for about 3 years now and Ive had nothing but great things to say about them. The staff is so friendly and very accommodating to any needs Ive had. They have early convenient appointments and are on occasion have called prior to my visit, to review costs/insurance expectations, so that I could knew what I would be paying out of pocket ahead of time. Ive since moved farther away from Wake but will continue to go as its worth the drive for the great service.

They were able to squeeze me in as an emergency when NO ONE else would since it was the beginning of the holiday weekend. And the care was exceptional! I didnt feel a thing and his staff were very nice and knowledgeable! I am now making them my primary dental care!!

Dont be fooled by the good reviews. While they may make me very comfortable, they are also very interested in charging me as much money as they can. It ends up I have to pay more money in one year than I had paid in 10 years in another office, without any improvement to my teeth well-being. Go back to my old office or another office.

I hate needles and felt nothing when the shot was given. He measured and corrected the bite better than my own judgement of what felt right while my gum was numb. Dr Bohn is the best. I had a tooth that had a 30 year old filling that was grey around the edge and looking like there might be decay. What I like about him is that he didnt jump to refill the tooth. It was on a watch fora couple of years and just these past two months I noticed some cold sensitivity. That is when he decided to refill the tooth. He took pictures along the way and showed me what is going on with that tooth.

Excellent service! They caught an incipient cavity in one of my wisdom tooth. Because it was caught and treated early on, they did not even have to numb the area. It took 15 minutes and I was back outside. Ive been with Wake Dental since 2014 and they have always treated me well. I do not expect less from them. Highly recommended.

While I was waiting I saw how friendly they were with children too. Kids seemed unafraid of the dentist and their parents looked pleased with all the info they were provided. I would highly recommend them!

Dr. Bohn is such a great dentists - understanding, professional, transparent, kind, and excellent at what he does. Been coming since they opened Dentists are great! They fit me in today for a chipped tooth out under an hour and no pain. They always explain what they are doing and are concerned about your comfort. Would not go anywhere else.

Dr. Bohn is an amazing dentist! He will give the best advice and appropriate actions if something isnt the way you would like it to be. Overall, he and the other dental assistants are very understanding and courteous of their patients. I would recommend as the best the dentist office in West Cary.

I went to see Dr. Bohn today, and had a great experience! His hygienist was excellent, and made me feel very comfortable. They were both pleasant and professional to work with. Not a fan of going to the dentist, but I will definitely be back to see them in 6 months.
