First time in a long time I went to a salon and Leslie did a great job cutting my hair with the very little description I had for her of what I wanted, I went back the next day and professionally dyed my hair for the first time and Ana did amazing it came out better than I could have imagined and for less than I was quoted at that!!! I loved it so much Im taking my son tomorrow!

Been getting a lot of haircuts here for many years. It wasnt until recently they messed my hair up. Had told the lady I wanted it like in the picture with layers. She straight up cut it straight down ignoring the layers. I have no idea how she works there. Likely not coming back here anymore and wouldnt recommend coming here

I asked for a certain hairstyle with a years worth of hair grown out as a male and ends up ruining it despite saying I wanted to keep it long. Didnt even get the proper cut I wanted. Wouldnt recommend it at all.

I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted-an undercut with some fluff on top. She looked at the picture ONCE then proceeded to keep my bangs to the side despite the fact that they were clearly at the front of the forehead, took off the sideburns, but WORST of all SHE THINNED OUT MY HAIR WHEN I DID NOT ASK FOR THAT. I wanted this cute fluffy topped under cut but instead got this horrendous flat blended short haircut. Just because people have thick hair does NOT automatically mean they want it thinned out! She also didnt brush the leftover hair off of me; I left the shop covered in so much trimmed hair that I had to immediately shower. I had purposely avoided Supercuts before due to a bad prior experience but was in need of a haircut and they were they only ones with availability. I will NEVER go to ANY Supercuts ever again.

Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten she asked for a reference photo and gave me nothing like the picture I showed her. I had long hair and now my hair is no longer than an inch. My friend also came with me and the lady that did her McGwire completely ruined it she shaved that back of her hair to her skin and her bang were almost up to her roots and we still had to pay. Not only that but the lady who did my friends hair had the audacity to ask for a tip

As usual its always something with this place. Appointment only, appointment booked only to be told their system is having issues with reservations. Its always an excuse at this place, dont waste your time its over priced, the stylist are not talented and professionalism does not exist.

Karen did a super amazing job went in for a cut. I have super long hair thats damaged so she cut the dead parts off while maintaining the length, gave it volume and shine thank you so much you are the best I will always ask for Karen. Greeted when I entered, although both ladies were busy they let me know I would be served. The place was clean and well stocked with Paul Mitchell products. I got a nice cut, for a nice price. I will be returning soon.

I had long beautiful hair when I entered the salon yesterday. Karen chopped 3 inches off my hair when I asked for a hair trim of ½ inch to 1 inch. She transformed my asymmetrical long hair style into a u-shape (the most undesirable style for my hair) that is uneven, short and choppy as she chopped into the right side.She is the only hair stylist I’ve ever had who didn’t wash my hair. She didn’t even ask. She engaged in gossip and was unprofessional with the information she was disclosing, as she talked about herself non-stop.When I looked shocked and surprised at the end, she commented that I likely never had a good haircut before. She told me, “ You get what you pay for”. She also mentioned “forgot to give me my Veteran discount”This was overall the worst experience I have ever had getting my hair cut. I will never come back to this location and will likely never return to Super Cuts.
