I walked in with no appointment and was helped right away by Helen. I haven’t had my nails done in ten years everyone was friendly and attentive. But the price was ridiculously expensive 75! I got ombré nails. When I went back to fill it was 45 dollars, decided to remove them at home instead. My how things have changed

Tech went too hard with the drill and filed away my natural nails…

My expectations were too high🤦🏻‍♀️ I thought because the info says “licensed” I would at LEAST get a good simple French tip worth $40 definitely overpriced I can get this for 30$ 5 minutes down the street.

They cover their windows and lock the door so you cant see whats going on inside. I felt suffocated inside with no ventilation, no windows or doors open, too many people, and tons of strong scents inside. I left because I was having trouble breathing. Not following safety guidelines, obviously they know because they have covered all windows and door! Go to Leahs on Carson St or Pretty As Me on University, or anywhere else. Way better.

I am in love with the nails they did for me they look exactly or even better then what I asked for. They took there time oh my nails and did not rush what’s so ever if you want a good nail place I suggest this one. For sure coming back👍🏻

First time at Beautique. This place is absolutely amazing! The owner goes out of her way to make you feel pampered. The environment is so warm. The staff are all professional, personable, and friendly. There are tons of colors to choose from. My nails look amazing. The place is clean, classy, and the prices are very reasonable. I’m fairly new to this area and think I’ve found my new nail spot. Super excited! 🤗

Love this place, the customer service is very personal, like youre family. The nail techs do great work and on the off chance you are not satisfied, the issue is fixed no problem!

Horrible customer service, they don’t sterilize their tools before using them on other people I had to tell them something when I seen the nail clipper full of skin that was not mine.

Beautique Nail & Brow Spa recently opened and the service was fantastic!! They also take drop ins if you dont mind waiting, but they were definitely worth the wait. My nail specialist was Bai and he did a magnificent job! I will definitely be returning again this month.

I happened to go on the salons second day, after opening, benefiting of a March 15% off on the final bill, and was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and breezy feel of the salon and the choices of nail colors. Nicol, the owner, was there to assist the new crew, who was very polite and efficient. My acrylics/gel (French manicure with delicate flower details on my ring fingers) and regular pedicure were done with ease and speed, and I was out of there fast to keep up with running my errands for the day. The price was on point and the discount was applied. Hurry up to take advantage of this and try out a sweet new place in th Southbay!

UNFAIR & DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES!RIP OFF!! They charged me for a full set for my daughters nails while leaving the old nails on for plain white nails!! Who does that? Never experienced that before. They said because they asked if she wanted gel or powder, I dont care what you use, I am not a nail specialist, we asked for a fill. If you want to charge for a full set, Im happy to pay for it but do the work of taking off the old nails and start from scratch, dont trick us and please give us the value we paid for!!! This was unfair!The sad part is that I was referred and I had already referred people, but not after this! They and others will be made aware.In response to your reply: That is condescending and false! I see that you do that to anyone who has anything bad to say in times where poor service is provided. Even though you claim you are saddened, every time you have received candid feedback, you respond and insult the reviewer, which proves you dont truly cherish your clients.Please dont mislead people to think I have been helped there many times, this is only the second visit, and last. The first for a full set, the second for a FILL. That is what we asked for, please do not insult your clients by saying that leaving old nails on the nail bed and topping it with fresh power is a FULL set! Leaving the old nails is a FILL. If we had received a new full set, I would be happy to pay for it. Also, do not try to hide behind any language barrier, we clearly understood Mina. As a client who is making you aware of something that is not right, it doesnt help when you try to make it out to be my misunderstanding. Take responsibility! I want to be clear, this review is about your unfair business practices, evidence of you continuing to deceive people by saying that you saved them money by not removing the nails, after you already having overcharged them for a full set when only doing a fill. Price is not an issue at all if you had provided the value!
