Very well stocked. Staff showed great interest in assisting me with getting my supplies. Male staff carried my heavy supplies to my car. Very impressive.

I have a complaint, so far, I have been patronizing this store for at least 23 years. They have had at least 3 different owners. They are always fully equipped with whatever you need for hair. Also, if interested, a huge selection of wigs and hairpieces.Unfortunately, I visited about 2 months ago and the tall wig wearing black female so-called assistant manager, charged me $8.59 for rubbing alcohol, which she said was 99 cents, CVS charges $3.49 for rubbing alcohol.This woman talked me into it, besides the other products I purchased. My bill was $37.56. I asked the black wig wearing manager to take back the high priced rubbing alcohol. She refused, so I gave back all the products. She has been working there over 6 months, store is owned by Asians. I called my bank from outside the store to stop payment. At this time I had given back all products that I had purchased. My bank did put the money back in my account.That wig wearing so-called manager told my bank that I did not give back any of the products, she lied to the bank. So, the bank took back the money. This woman is really dishonest and a thief since the products were already paid for, she most likely kept the products for herself, since she explained to me that she uses the high priced alcohol.US Bank. The store owes me the money I paid. But, they can keep it. It is not worth a confrontation with that woman. People who wear wigs, they usually believe they are someone else besides their self.I will take the loss, since I will never again patronize that beauty supply store in the Carson Mall.

Stay away from this Place. I purchased a Vivica Fox wig on December 1st 2016 and I wore it only 4-5 times. On December 26th I noticed something sticking out of the wig. The hair had unraveled about 1/2 from the cap. I called and let the store know that I will be bringing it back. I went to the store and the owner Mrs Park and Mr. Park will not replace the wig. Mr Park says all he can do is sew the track back on the wig. He refuses to send wig Back because I wore it 4-5 times. These people do not stand by what they sell you. They told me they dont care if it it defective. Please dont buy from here.

They found what I needed before I came in.Very good. Loved it. In and out in 5 min.

Great beauty supply, very knowledgeable staff, excellent product lines, and good sales! I always find a great new wig, some new makeup colors and can pick up all my regular stuff. Ashley is the manager and her sister is there now too!

The selection of hair products, wigs, and other items are pretty good. I found what I needed easily.The service leaves much to be desired. I would have bought more but grew disgusted with the disinterested and annoyed attitude of the staff.Sorry you dont like your job but dont take it out on the customers.I made a note of the additonal items I would have bought so that I can just order them online.

Very helpful..Clean store, everything is organized neatly and easy to find. Lots of hair products, wigs, etc. Located inside mall (Im not from California so not sure exact name of mall) I believe we were in Carson, CA. Reasonable prices & nice variety to choose from. The women in there working were very patient as I can be very indesicive at times. Lol Overall good experience, then after you can walk around the mall..grab a bite to eat because of its location. Would return again to see if they have any new products.

The MOST unhelpful and rude. I was asking for 220 or 160 Gram Clip On Extensions and they had no idea what I was talking about. You work at a beauty store that sells hair?? I asked for how many inches the hair extensions come in and they couldnt tell me that either. I spoke to two reps and they were both so rude and acting like I was dumb for asking the Grams of the hair. Save your money and your time everyone. I strongly suggest to go somewhere else for your beauty supplies. This place is unacceptable. Its better to go somewhere where people know theyre stuff and actually WANT to help you.

I really enjoyed shopping at this place for beauty supplies and ended up buying three wigs and they let you try on more than three week there was no hassle of course you had to buy a stocking cap which is no problem but definitely go back very friendly and attentive staff

Terrible customer service, over priced, and terrible products. The human hair wigs are not 100% human hair. The hair is mixed with scentetic hair. I wore a “100% human hair wig” for one week before it tangled and I ended up pulling majority of the hair off the wig due to detangling for three hours. Furthermore , the mangers will not replace the product nor attempt to accommodate your dissatisfaction with their products. If you value your hard earned money please do not spend a dime in this store.
