If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I had some lab work done over two months ago and they never provided me with my results. I’ve called several times and no one answers the phone. Not to mention the staff is unnecessarily rude. This place should consider hiring new staff ASAP.

This place needs to be shut down! I was referred to this place by my babys primary doctor to run an allergy test on her. These people tried to draw 10 tubes of blood from her. They were only able to get 2 and 1/2 from her and told me to come back later to try again. I called her primary doctor today to report what happened. My doctor said OMG it doesnt call for 10 tubes only 2! And this place back tracks and goes we didnt try and do 10, we couldnt even get any from the baby! I have receipts and pictures which I will be fwd to any and everyone to get this place shut down so others children dont suffer the same from this place. They are totally incompetent of working with kids and drawing blood. I thank God my baby didnt suffer permanent damage since they had a needle in her arm the wrong way.

Weird sign in system now. Touch screen keyboard thing on the wall. Awkward at best.Fortunately for them their staff remains friendly and capable. They phlebotomist I had was friendly and more important, she was a good stick.

Doesnt inform you in advance if Medicare doesnt cover procedure, as they are required to do.
