Closed at 2 pm on a Saturday. Update your website if you’re going to do that so people don’t waste their time driving there.

Really bad service here, im still here waiting for my amoothie, the lady she was helping me, she left the smoothie blender one of the employees camera to work and she went back with him, she has 3 caras on line and she was joking and talking with the othy employee, sorry for this store and I promise this store its going to be REALLY bad and they scratching her nose and neverr wash her hands. I dont recommend this store anymore

Im one of those customers that gets the same thing everytime. i always get the high intensity workout veggie mango, they were out of the protein that goes in it for about 3 weeks and its finally back! this is the only location that makes it PERFECT, its always blended sooo well. thats the key to a delicious smoothie (making sure the flavors are mixed evenly). service is always great however, the waits are long at times.

The minute I spend in the drive through is always worth it. Staff is friendly, always tastes great.

It might just be my timing/experience but this location seems to have generally slow service and the lobby seems to be regularly closed (rendering online pickup unhelpful IMO). Smoothie quality is good and staff are nice enough.

Polite enough employees however the wait at the drive through was 20+ minutes with just two people also waiting for drinks. Disappointed when the drink I received was the wrong order — not even close — after being asked to repeat my order twice.

The is my favorite smoothie king in my area, I gave 4 stars because they are lacking in customer service. However, the smoothies are consistently great! The most important part to me is how good the smoothies are and they nail it every time. I come here at least once a week and my whole family enjoys it.

Store 1558 is awesome and the staff is always great. I love that they remember my order and greet me with big smiles.

One car sitting in the drive thru, so I went in for take out. Two people working, filling an order, so I stood near the register. Order filled, one starts clean up. Stood there another few minutes, no one says hi, hello, welcome. Was not excessively long wait, but very awkward. Finally, the womane working the window says something to me. I had to ask her to repeat because the music playing was blasting. She would help ke from there. So I am ordering with a raised voice and asking her to repeat herself almost every time.Anyway, got my smoothie, it is good, all is well that ends well. I got the strong impression they are not a fan of people coming into the store though. Many people are more nervous with Covid than others... If that is the case, please just put something on the door stating drive thru only.

My smoothie was awesome, but the customer service sucks! I ordered a 20 oz 2-28-2020 & used my app, so obviously I’m a frequent visitor. I just moved to TX from LA, where the customer service was always AMAZING! I’m used to $5 Friday, but it wasn’t advertised here as it is in LA, so I thought it wasn’t available. I called the store after I arrived at work & was told I should’ve asked for the offer. Way to treat long-time customers, Smoothie King. You could learn real customer service from the employees in Louisiana.

This is my first time ordering from this location. It will be the last time. I bought an over priced disgusting protein shake. It was partially blended and had lots of gross chunks. Do not go to this location.

I come here at least 5 days out the week in the morning. Great staff and great creamy smoothies!!

I love Smoothie King. Every location I have been to makes wonderful smoothies, except this one. They have messed up orders at this location. They close early. They under blend. Today I went through the drive through about 2 minutes before they closed, with my daughter who just had work done on braces. They took half my order. And then said never mind we dont have stuff to make that. I told them to skip my smoothie and just make one for my daughter. They wouldnt take her order. This location is the worst. Go to Midway, Hebron, Beltline, or Marsh. They will treat you right. Avoid this one!!!

Pineapple surf and banana boat are both great smoothies.

I made a complaint last year regarding one of their employees and the owner rectified it immediately. I decided to give this store another try....I was disappointed yet again. First I waited about five minutes before a young lady came from the back. She rolled her eyes took my order and went back to the back of the store. Second, I waited an additional ten minutes (hollered Hello twice) before another lady came from the back and started fixing on my smoothie. Third, once I finally got my smoothie was watered down!! At this point, I was fed up and asked for a refund. The first lady came back to the front , complained about me wanting a refund, processed the refund and she shoved the money toward me. The owner seemed professional, but the crew acts like they belong in a circus!

Nice little place is got a drive through for your orders we go there whenever we get a deal in the mail.

Staff never listens. I say SUB turbinado for dates and then they ADD it and I have to question why my smoothie is $7 instead of 5 and its because they didnt listen EVERYTIME. And the staff has no customer service skills whatsoever. Drive a little futher to the farmers branch location. They know what theyre doing.

Very dissatisfied too busy running their mouths. Someone order 5min after me recieved order before me. I only had one smoothie. Then it was watered down because they left it blending forever. They coukd see it was like water when they poured made no effort to correct untill after i complained. Which i now have no time to wait for. I will not be back sad when you havent been here long.

I got two of the same smoothies and one of them was very watery and didn’t taste the same I also seen one of the workers pour a smoothie back into the the blender .. most likely I won’t come back I rather driver to Marsh Ln and get my moneys worth
