I had a great experience today! The front office girl, Adriann, checked us in with no problems and made us feel very welcome! Tori took my sons X-rays. He was very nervous and she made him feel so at ease. Great office! Will definitely return if we have other foot issues in the future!

This location is great. The staff is friendly a very helpful. I love the fact that the doctor answered all my sons questions even the random ones lol. My son broke his foot and got his cast wet, they filled him for a same day appointment to get a replacement without any hassle and they work fast but efficient. He even got his bad in grown nails removed. Highly recommend this location.

The guy and girl who helped fit me for a leg brace were so kind and caring. They took their time and made sure I was fitted correctly and comfortable before letting me leave the office.

Unbelievable treatment by the staff. Rude, unprofessional, no sympathy at all. My mother was referred to this office for knee surgery which she has been suffering from several of years now, doctor suggested a knee injection first. After seeing the doctor a week later this office never sent in an authorization to the insurance until AFTER I physically came to the office after these messages were sent see attached (these messages were with Jessica Vaughn whom I was also speaking to at the office) to request proof of the authorization, print out showed it was sent in that day, that time. Argued to say it was not a coincidence it happened to process at the day/time I asked for it. Thank God we switched to a different office and got the Knee injection same day, no playing waiting games, no need for insurance authorization (since this can be authorized over the phone same day). But the process of this situation isnt what I am complaining about, Im very furious to see rude treatment where you are interrupted during conversations, rolled eyes shown at you, raised voice, and absolutely no explaining. I am upset of how the staff handles the situation. I called 5 other offices in Sacramento out of curiosity and they were all surprised why this office was waiting for an insurance authorization when it can be done same day, same time. While I am taking my mom to the emergency room for pain, the staff refuses to make one phone call to the insurance (direct line I gave them) to get an authorization over the phone, and never gave me a reason why they wouldnt do it.HORRIBLE TREATMENT BY THE STAFF; need better training.

Honestly this is one of the best facilities I’ve been to. Sylvia is absolutely amazing. She answered answered or returned my calls very promptly. Sylvia was extremely helpful, she answered all my questions and aided me through this entire process. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Best experience I’ve had with a doctors in a long time. I have to rate my experience with Premier Podiatry A++++. From the very first appointment to the follow up, to the scheduling of my surgery everything has gone perfect. I saw Dr. Winters she evaluated my foot gave me four choices of treatment. After discussing options with my spouse and the doctor we decided on a treatment plan. Sylvia was tasked with helping me schedule my surgery, get my paperwork in line for work, my tests arranged. She has been ON TOP of it :). The entire experience so far has just been a wonderful. I can not speak highly enough about the staff and doctors. Would definitely recommend!

I have been to this office for different visits over the past two years. I always have good experiences with the employees that work there. The assistance that work with me are professional in the conversations. The doctors that I have seen I appreciate them very much Dr. Shay yesterday and administered a Cortizone shot. It hurt of course but was expecting some pain from that experience but overall I was satisfied with the services provided. I will be going back there are other doctors that I see there👍🏾👍🏾

The Podiatrist that my dad saw on thursday was not helpful at all. He was questioning the old man who told him his knee was fractured? Is that even appropriate question to ask? Would he be referred to if he was not seen by a different doctor? Can he even diagnosed himself that his knee is fractured without having any xrays? Would he be not check if he wasn’t complaining of pain at all? My dad told me that the doctor he saw was not helpful and is very sarcastic. He gave my him choices of just let it be or do MRI. What kind of a doctor is he? Lets say it healed by itself since it took forever for the referral would he even consider to dig deeper and evaluate more? Such a shame for the company!

She is very conscientious and responsive. She responds quickly and has answered all my questions. With her assistance, Im confident that my surgery will go well.

Easy, every visit is easy in, easy out, informative and helpful. My experience with Dr. Ripp has been positive. I broke my foot in February 2021, and had to have a plate and screws put in. Dr. Ripp has been available through the entire process. I may have to have the plate removed, ☹️ However, I feel like I am in good hands with Dr. Ripp. I know he will do what is best for me and my foot. I need to run again, without pain. I know he will help me to get back to walking/running without pain. Thanks to the whole team, You all are great!

I came in for ingrown nail treatment not satisfied with the services provided at all . Starting with booking the first appointment it was a hassle to even get to someone to actually answer the phone ,making my first appointment wasnt told that it was only a consultation and treatment had to be scheduled at another time . I get there and the doctor sees me like for not even a minute and just says come back another day ... that was 300 out of my pocket. Then when I came in for treatment later another 300 , I explained that I have a lot of skin residue causing an issue with the nail and its actually growing with the nail she didnt take care of that only cut the side of nail not even a centimeter barely took any nail out and all the death tissue and skin was left there .. after a few days pain persistent notice that there was a lot of pieces of nail attached still causing infection. Called in and again another hassle to get someone... another week to wait to see doctor ...for a follow-up... another 50 .... the issue still remains and now I have blood pockets in the base of the nail lifting the entire nail ...! Soaking in Epsom salt to prevent further infection but the issue still not resolved. It took a lot of courage to get these ingrowns out hoping to get it resolved once and for all .. now I have more issues

No sense of care at all. My broken leg isnt there problem, despite the fact theyre specialists. I was told to go to the er even though I WENT TO THE ER, THEY TOLD ME TO SEE A SPECIALIST!!! Im going in circles and its driving me insane. Everyday my leg heals in the incorrect place, and they just want to throw me back in the emergency room.

The Roseville office was backlogged a bit, but they got me in at the Coyle Ave location in just a couple days. Everyone was very nice, patient and work-focused. Good systems in place. Good COVID practices. Particularly nice x-ray tech. Dr. Ripp was more thorough than a previous podiatrist Ive seen for the same problem (which is probably Sural Neuritis). I still have to do some tests, but so far, so good.

Too much of a headache going here. Every time I needed anything it took forever. And getting authorizations was like pulling teeth. They even sent blank authorizations twice. Had to call several times. In the end I was told i needed to go elsewhere because they weren’t a “specialist” …… never going here again. Complete waiste of time.

Dr Shea is a very friendly doctor and cares for you during your treatments. He always greets me by name and I like that.

I thought I had broken my ankle so I called and I got an appointment for the very next day, my appointment was for 1:15 and I was actually in the room by 1:15, got x-rays and by 145 they had solved my problem and confirmed no broken ankle and sent me on my way with a way to resolve the pain. Fantastic job Dr. Ripp!

Great service and friendly staff. You are seen in a timely manner. No waiting very long to be called back. The receptionist Sabrina is especially great. She makes sure to schedule around what works best for you. She is very informative and makes sure you know exactly what is going to happen and gives you all information and instructions beforehand. It was the best choice Ive ever made with the help of my doctor Dr Gregory Smith. Wasnt getting the right care or the correct X-rays I chose Dr Gregory and they referred me to the orthopedic and got better x-rays then urgent Care med seven was able to give me and charged me was charging me a co-payment when my insurance have zer co-payment, med 7 even wanted to charge me $65 for the coronavirus test when you can get it free not too happy with med seven urgent Care but I think my doctor and me making the right choice and letting you all be a part of my life knowing I have the best care and the best doctor Dr Gregory Smith thank you so much for your service and I will continue to be a patient. I’m not a first timer here but I just found out I have arthritis in both of my feet now 😢 Dr Winters gave me great techniques to help control the pain as well as cream to help with the inflammation. Now on to Dr. Gavin Ripp, Im coming off 16 months from a ruptured achilles injury and was referred to him and his practice from my family physician. So privileged to have Dr. Ripp as my new Orthopedic Foot Doctor. He is so knowledgeable, spends a lot of time going over future treatments, therapies, and most importantly what to expect in the future with my recovery from my injury.

The surgical team was wonderful and the results of full knee replacement were perfect.

The front desk was nice, young lady doing my intake was great. A Michael-came in no introduction so I hv to guess he was a Dr.? I asked if the healing fracture was meant broken & he sarcastically said Yes fracture is broken I said I wondered if I was a cracked Tibia. he snapped back with Theres all kinds of fractures. he squeezed below my knee a few times, gave me a PT referral & left. Perhaps a bad day or all those years in school didnt afford him time for a class in diplomacy. I am not impressed & will ask my Dr., to refer me elsewhere. life is too short to deal with rude people.

The people are very nice and efficient. Doctors and staff are knowledgeable. Facility is very clean and they adhere 2 the virus precautions. Theyre also very prompt when you need referrals.

I had to see doctor Ripp due to going on medical and he contradicted my last orthopedic surgeons recommendation that led me to getting my SSI disability not approved. Now Im actually for the first time in my life going to be homeless due to this place not agreeing that I shouldnt be working with a broken ankle after a failed 8th surgery. I would seriously stay away from this place Thanks Dr Ripp for disagreeing with my Dr Lian who has 30 more years experience then you. You have ruined my lifw Dr. Ripp. I now have to be on painkillers Instead of getting my ankle fixed which is ruined my marriage and my life. I suggest anybody stay away from this place. Jason T

Very rude front desk employees. Dont say anything about having to wait for 1 hour until they open especially when you have a appointment for 12:30. They need to be taught some lessons on how to treat people. I still would get back to this office. I have nothing against the doctors. They just need some more friendly front lobby employees.

I drove four hours round-trip today after I was told they could book me for an orthotics fitting appointment. I arrived to find that not one person could answer my questions about their orthotics and how they would work for athletic pursuits. There was no way I was going to spend hundreds of dollars on an orthotics pair and not have any idea of what type of orthotic I was going to get. I really expected more out of this office. But the front desk informed me that much of their scheduling is done overseas so that would explain why someone overseas booked me for an appointment during which no one who had any form of expertise would be present.

All went well and very little wait time, was a Happy Camper!Questions answered and medical procedure was done almostpain free!

The staff is amazing.. I have issues with the doctor NOT believing what I said ..

I seen a PA there, and they gave me poor care... I went in there ready to show the areas of my shoulder and details. All he did was ask me my history and didnt look at my shoulder and have me do certain movements and did not give me options i have....all he did was say I cant help you and Ill have to refer you to someone else and thats it, I was shocked and said thats it? That PA was horrible. Doctors, PA, NP and nurses just suck these days they dont care, they do it for the money but not the purpose..
