Clean place, very professional staffs

I donate here often and they are so awesome. Everyone is so nice and its super clean and they are very thorough with taking care of you. Plan on continuing donations here!

Very clean location, easy enough to find via Maps. I went on a Saturday around noon and there was no wait (I was told a small rush had already gone by without another one expected). Employees were super friendly and sweetly dispositioned IMHO, knowledgeable in their field and eager to help after a woozy donation. Staff indicated that they dont really have any busy days or busy hours. (I have posted a pic in Maps with their business hours.) The company website was a little wonky to use on my phone, but I was able to make an appointment without a fuss and I didnt need to create an account to do so, although I did anyway when I found out I could get restaurant perks through the app after donating. If you have Type O- blood, please do visit these fine people and donate!

Have been giving platelets here for as long as they have been in this location. Staff is great and always treats me courteously and makes me feel at ease. When I donate I receive a lot of attention and consideration involving my time availability and comfort. I have only good things to say about the operation of this donation center and their staff.

Always a relaxing experience. The staff are all fun and lovely to be around.

My last visit to the IBC was exemplary. However, my visit the other day soured after I walked in and completed my questionnaire. This facility, and Im guessing the rest, turned down my donation. Not because I was unhealthy or didnt meet requirements. No, they turned me down simply because the donation that I scheduled to make wasnt what they were looking for in regards to my blood type. I can understand that there is a prioritization to what people may need in a certain blood type. That does not; however, mean that they should turn down a donation just because it isnt high on their priority list. If someone can donate something, they should. Regardless of priority, there is going to be someone out there who needs what we can give. If this is the protocol held for all other centers, then color me disappointed.
