This place is beyond unprofessional and not well staffed I currently called to become a new patient and they took all my info and then they said I had to leave a message for voicemail to another lady to take an assessment before becoming a patient because it was mandatory. And I left the lady a voicemail with all my info and the lady on the voicemail said dont leave multiple messages so I didnt and it almost took a month and nobody contact me at all so I called the back and they told me that I need to be patient and I need to wait so I decided to do another provider but turns out the other provider that I wanted to go to only does group therapy so inspire health was the only option I had for therapy that my insurance covered so yeah it did not work out and this place has horrible reviews anyway so not going to be going there

This facility has a court order for the care of my son. If I could give zero stars I would. I have never dealt with more unprofessional supposed mental health workers since my son has been in the system since 1998, caseworkers don’t show up. Calls and voicemails and texts of concern go Unresponded to by the area of the caseworkers. Have tried to reach the executives and nobody responds. Unbelievable that these are mental health workers. Their role is being done by his parents. This complaint is not about the medical staff. It is about those directly in charge of being caseworkers. Shameful is the only term I can use that says it all.

The worst place ever! There is a doctor that prescribes you meds they call him Dr. Jerimilo or something like that, I tell him the depakoke is making me angry and it hurts my stomach and he tells me to just take one besides 2, LOL....what the hell! then I had a virtual appointment today and they never came to the video meet place, Im out of meds so what do I do now? I see another Doctor or whatever they are and he never called me back, I will be telling my insurance company this place is by far the worst place Ive seen, and Ive been seeing places like this for 50 years...yea Ive been a nut this long I know, but hey! at least Im seeking help...trying to anyway but I say this, Aspire will no longer get my business....

Unprofessional, I think one star is too much. Stunningly unprofessional, they put the fear back into going to the doctors office. When I needed help with my meds they had no problem in ignoring me for 9 (yes nine) days.

I called to become a patient and they took all my information and sent me to someone else for scheduling an appointment. The person didn’t answer so I left my information exactly how they asked me to leave it. They never called. It specifically says to not leave multiple messages. It’s no wonder mental health is a major problem in the United States.

Ok, my kid goes here for both therapy and medication on ADHD. Today my husband called to see if they work with adults and see if they have any psychiatrist available to make an appointment for himself. The lady answered like he was bothering her and in very rude note said they just work with addictions and hang up the phone right after that. No a: anything else I could help you with? Or thanks for calling. Nothing! He felt bad cuz we are both so big in human relations and customer service. I thing I expected more from a place we spend our money at. Really considering to get services for my child somewhere else.

This office has been beyond helpful with my mental health. I had to have bloodwork done and I usually struggle with passing out. I have had other places not take me serious and have had bad falls so it’s very scary for me to get bloodwork done. Today, the nurse who did my bloodwork was so kind, she helped me lay down and sat for a while to make sure I was okay. She even gave me water and a chocolate, I will highly recommend this office to anyone! They give the best care, they really truly care about you and I have never received this thorough and kind type of care. Thank you aspire for helping me, even without insurance they will work with you on payments!

Beware!!! Beware!!! I called them today october 12. To see yet again when I could get an app for my daughter. Was told their are at least a 100 people before her. But starting soon they will have a covid testing site theere. They said they will be fully prepared for this. So my question??? How can you be prepared for covid when you cannot even get your daily pratice under control. How do I know the covid test would get done correctly or even be accurate if this place cant even get their daily done corrcetly. Just saying take caution because thats a little backwards. All I want is an appointment for my daughter. I call Noblesville and there completely all over the place. Dont even know what they specialize in. So I call the Carmel office. Felt better at first because I was reassured they would help my daughter. Called at beginning of last week. Was told I would get a call back and everything would be set by the end of the week and she would have her first virtual appointment. Its the following week and Im still waiting so I decided to call them. Now Im told she is on a list and they just havent reached her yet. Really. I have been chasing my tail since June with this company and now here we go again. How are u still in business!

My experience here has been a mixed bag. I see a therapist and a doctor for medication. Both have been great but the staff has been very poor. I had an appointment that was canceled last minute and no one told me. When I got there, everyone seemed to be confused and it took 20 minutes before they figured out what happened. Also I never get an appointment when my therapist recommends. Ill go to the desk with a request to return in 4 weeks and theyll say the earliest appointment is in 2 or 3 months sometimes. My first therapist moved to the Noblesville location so I came to this location to teleconference to save a drive and the staff repeatedly struggled to get the setup correct. Ive spoken with staff there that would literally ask me the same question three times in a row. Its mixed because therapy there with Sara Minor and Cynthia Condry has really changed my life. Ive been working closely with Dr. Carlson to find a medication mix that works for me as well. That has all been fine. I just wish administratively they could get their act together.

My experience with this office has been far from ok. I called at 930 am for a visit or a rx refill. I was called back at 2pm and told I needed to go to urgent care because it was so late in the afternoon and my dr wasnt in.

We cant even get a response! We have called numerous times to make an appt for my partner. The call gets sent to another vm and the vm is never returned. You have people calling in for mental health care and you dont return messages for those reaching out? There should be enough staff to make sure people at least get a response.

Terrible and incompetent.Specifically scheduled appointment around business and travel. While out of town and without internet access they moved my appointment without asking or confirming then sent a follow up reminder text message even though I have asked to never be texted (for these kind of reasons).Called the phone number and pressed 7 for administration but instead was taken to a person who only deals with vendors? Then put on a hold worse than any cable company I have ever dialed.Impressive to be this bad. My husband only went here once & never again! First the office had to changed appointment as doctor wasnt going to be there that day...this was a few days before the appointment. The day that he did go for his new patient/Annual Wellness Exam appointment, he was told after filling out all the new patients paperwork and waiting an hour, that his appointment was cancelled. Unbelievable as he had received an email the day before. Unfortunately, Dr Dwyer did make the time to see him. The exam was fine. The billing was TERRIBLE. He had asked he needed this appointment to be billed as an Annual Exam as we receive funds in an medical account for this type of appointment. It took over 6 weeks to get to our insurance company (I did mine at a St. Vincent practice/2 weeks) and then it wasnt coded correctly as Annual Wellness Exam...he asked for this when he made the appointment, when he checked in and the doctor. Unbelievable disorganized!! Going to St. Vincent.

They have taught me that I am the epitome of worthlessness, I was having a panic attack asking for help, they told me I needed to go to the hospital, assuming I was on drugs. I have epilepsy and cannot legally drive. So I had to walk around outside until I found a ride. I have been yelled at, cussed at. And most importantly they taught me the importance of self-loathing.

I’ve been a patient here for a while. Therapists here see you about once every few weeks, as opposed to weekly in the real world, which is pretty lame, although I have no complaints about the clinicians themselves.I called the “crisis hotline” about 3 weeks ago. They said they would contact my therapist and medication manager right away. I still haven’t heard from either one of them.Unfortunately, there are zero other medical management clinicians who take insurance, so I’m stuck here unless I want to go out-of-pocket.

Ive been a patient here for many years, and Im forever grateful for the services provided. HOWEVER, theyve a new therapist, Angel, and she is THE WORST. She replaced Brenda Blake, and it was a move to the worse: she is snooty, rude, condescending, and treats patients like their children. Its offensive and unconscionable. Ive never felt more trivialized and insulted than I did meeting with this HORRIBLE counselor in whom I placed my trust.

This place is a great rehabilitation center. They accept Medicaid and Blue Cross Blue Shield HIP plan! You should arrive early in the morning! I wouls recommend around 8am and have someone provide a diagnosis and what treatment would be correct for you!

This places practices are sick. Thoroughly disturbed people that like to pump people full of medications then not fill them in a proper time or just take them off of everything cold-turkey.I had to see a fill in doctor to get my meds and things wound up with me being taken off of anti-psychotics, anti-anxiety, and anti-depressants completely cold turkey. I tried with all my might to never have to go back here again. I only finally caved when it was the absolute only choice and being reassured that doctor was gone. (In my opinion he should have his license taken away.)And here I am again, having only seen this ONLY doctor available there and after calling her office 4 days in a row with still no response, Im out of another medication that messes with your mental state and at this point its been almost a week. She didnt give me enough refills to last till my next appointment and their phone line for medication refills goes straight to voicemail. Ive been out since Saturday. I called Monday at 10 am and the voicemail says it WILL be filled within 24 to 48 hours and here I am on Thursday night. This place is absolutely disturbing as to how sick it is to mess with peoples medications. Its a sick practice to pump people full of medications and let their systems dependent on the medications then not have the availability for people to keep getting those medications. And in order to even get in to see this doctor finally I had to wait 2 or 3 months just to show up and be told its been rescheduled for another month away. I was never called or informed of this change. I had to find out when I showed up.This place is full of sick and twisted people!
