I like the practitioner I see at Be Well but over the last year the front office staff and communication between staff is lacking. I will get calls about things that have already been resolved and then when I buy supplements the wrong supplement will be sent. They won’t do what they said they will do by sending something the next day. Also it’s crazy how much they charge for shipping of supplements. When I first started going there they had great customer service but something must’ve changed in management bc now it seems like they don’t know what they are doing.

I have been going to Be Well for 6mon. I like the healthy mix of modern medicine (they have an MD in their practice, and I see an RN) where they can take care of my prescriptions and referrals to specialists. However, what sets them apart is they truly take time and listen to my journey with health, and they have a more holistic approach to mind/body. It is an important part of my life to have a provider who is a true medical partner as I try to be as healthy as possible in a truly busy world. Only thing to look out for is that some insurance may not cover the visits.

I am a 37 year old male diagnosed with Hashimotos disease 3 years ago. I have be to two Endocrinologists and a primary physician. After my first visit with Be Well I have never left a doctors office feeling better emotionally as I did here. They asked more questions than I had answers, which has never happened at previous offices, and I left feeling like they were going to help. They have a friendly staff, an amazing office, and a lot of knowledge. Give them a try, you deserve to truly BE WELL!

I send my patients here and also my family! Great response time, appointments are easy to make, and the knowledge behind every staff member is amazing! They really care and it shows!
