Dishonest and Horrible service and waste of time and money. Went in only to be told that new guidelines won’t allow prescriptions on first visit, and was given a list of over the counter drugs to buy snd take for one week. If problems persisted call back and they then could prescribe something. What he really meant was come back in and after a second paid appointment he would prescribe something. Crooks!

Made an appointment online for some immunizations. Show up 15 mins before appointment. 5 minutes after appointment time, someone comes out to greet us...says we need to register in the computer. Registered online option requires a confirmation code. Did not receive a confirmation code with my online registration. She says we had to register as a walk-in (which doesnt make any sense). Half way through that process, she said they didnt have any of the (very common) vaccines we were there for. The only other MinuteClinic in the area that had them had no appointments left. Will not be returning here.

Minute Clinic’s billing is effed up. I got a bill 9 months later for a flu shot. I called my insurance, and they said they never got a bill/claim from Minute Clinic. Trying to get ahold of someone from minute clinic has been a joke (long holds, no call back). The $50 bill isn’t even worth my time, so I guess I’ll just pay it.

Came in on a Sunday morning and was seen immediately. Team was very nice and knowledgeable - filled my prescription right after.

It says no appointment necessary, just walk in, but I think that they need to make it clear that other people do make appointments and that you will have a long wait if you don’t.

Don’t bother stopping by if it is even remotely close to closing time. They won’t even lift a finger to help you.
