Dr. Martin is a great doctor, but the office staff is not responsive, sometimes can be on hold for over 30 minutes waiting to talk to the office staff. Other times, when leaving a message for Dr. Martin staff, the voice mail box is full and for days, as others have experienced. Regardless, response time once you leave a message is 72+ hours. I have never experienced this type of service from a doctors office before.

Dr. Martin is by far the best doctor I have ever had in my life! He is kind, genuine, and has a wonderful bedside manner. You might be feeling awful and need to see him and he will make every effort to get you on his schedule and his smile alone with make things better. Hes the true definition of a doctor and his expertise, knowledge, care, and concern for his patients is top notch!

Dr Martin is great, listens, takes his time and cares. I have no complaints with his standard of care. His staff is not of the same quality. Phone calls go unanswered and follow up is very slow. The voicemail on their office gets full and stays that way for days. Call his office right now, you wont be able to leave a message.
