I would recommend Dr. Tandra and her staff to anyone! Dr. Tandra met with me prior my procedure to explain what I could expect and answer my questions. She was patient and thorough and I found her to be very personable. Megan, Wendy, Jessica, and all of the staff were very kind and made sure I was comfortable with booties and heated blankets. When I woke up, Dr. Tandra returned to share the results of my procedure and make sure all my questions were answered. What a team!

She is very compassionate. Endoscopic procedure was good. She explained everything and the endoscopy center was great.

I love Dr. Tandra, shes direct and makes sure I leave healthy. Shes no liar. I also like her daughters. Theyre very sweet.

SHE ALMOST KILLED MEDO NOT HAVE SURGERY WITH THIS DOCTOR. I WAS AT ST. VINCENT HOSPITAL IN INDIANAPOLIS INDIANA. SHE DID A SCOPE TO LOOK IN MY STOMACH AND CUT ME ON HER WAY OUT. I WAS BLEEDING INTERNAL. I HAD LIKE 12 BLOOD TRANSFUSION IN ORDER TO SAVE MY LIFE. SAVE UR TIME DO NOT GO HERE

Go to another GI. The office staff are poor, slow response times, and the doctor doesn’t even make an effort to check her messages from her assistant. Joke of a practice.

This is by far the most unhelpful doctor I have ever been to and I would give 0 stars if I could.Dr. Tandra was very insensitive to my symptoms and concerns. She did not give me details about my diagnosis or what it entails, and left the room before I could ask questions. She did not tell me about the cost of the prescription she wrote me, which ended up being ridiculously expensive and required a preauthorization from my insurance company. Paperwork for the preauthorization was filled out incorrectly by Dr. Tandra/ her office so I was denied the prescription and was not aware until 4 days after it was denied when I called my insurance company. Dr. Tandra/ her office had been notified of the denial right away but did not contact me or correct the paperwork.Long story short, find another GI doctor.
