Westfield Premier Physicians provides excellent customer service. When I call the office, I am able to speak with the receptionist without being left on hold or transferred. I am usually able to be seen the same day. My doctor takes all the time needed in managing my healthcare needs.

WPP is exactly what we have been looking for for years. The entire staff is professional, helpful and caring. I would highly recommend this medical practice to anyone who is tired of being rushed through an appointment and wants excellent medical care.

This Concierge practice is terrific. Super responsive, I feel very well cared for, and know my health is in good hands. I love my doctor, Dr. Mary Pat Forkin, but the Doctors Habig are wonderful, as well. There is a new to the practice doctor, too, that I have not met, but knowing the rest of the practitioners, I feel confident that he is an excellent physician. Carla, the NP, is wonderful, and I always say yes if she is available. Brandi and all of the nurses are so kind and patient,, give painless shots,, and always listen! There is even a phlebotomist on staff,, who is so smooth,, you barely feel your blood draws.The beauty of the Concierge model is that it is easy to get in to see your Doctors, and for routine checkups they can take their time. Cannot say enough positive things about this service model with these particular health care professionals.

There is no other physician’s office where my wife has received the service and quality of care provided by Dr Elaine and her team at Westfield Premier Physicians. They have helped her eliminate medications that weren’t necessary, and every time she has had an issue they answer our call or get back to us the same business day. They have gone above and beyond to get her the medications that help her as she has many overlapping conditions. We relocated but drive several hours for her appointments because there is no other provider she has seen that gives such thorough attention for the complexity of her health conditions.

I have seen Dr Elaine Habig for over 30 years. She has always spent the time to find the cause of any issues and been a perfectionist at identifying the best treatment plan. The patient - physician relationship is so important to have in todays world. I have been so lucky to have Dr Elaine for so many years in maintaining a healthy mental and physical health.While Dr. Elaine was on vacation I was able to Meet Dr. Forkin and was so pleased to find that she is so detailed and caring and made me feel so comfortable knowing that Dr. Habig has been my provider for such a long time.Needless to say the office staff is very professional and always make me feel that I am the only person they have to care for. Never do they rush me and always follow up.
