Fun, energetic staff who provide clear instructions during the workout. Clean facility with convenient amenities in the locker room. Wish there was a better selection of workout snacks/drinks in the lobby but overall a great place.

I love Shred! Its the first workout experience that Ive consistently enjoyed. I leave class feeling stronger and more motivated. The variety of deck + treadmill makes the workout fun and well-rounded. The instructors are wonderful too! Ill forever recommend Shred 415.

Ready to be inspired? Ready to feel like you can kill it? Seriously, I cannot begin to tell you how awesome this place is...I am new to strength training and all of the instructors are helpful, patient and are willing to spend some extra time with you. 5 stars is not enough! Very cool concept. You’ll get a good workout in from it. I do think it is expensive but worth it if you’re wanting to spend toward your health! Everyone there is always so nice.

My wife has been shredding for a year. I just took my first class and loved it. Great mix of treadmill (cardio) and strength work. You will love the instructors and the music. Give it a try. You wont regret it.

I recently signed up for my first month unlimited membership and Im already obsessed! The studio is very clean and the staff are amazing! I love the high energy workout it helps keep you motivated throughout the entire class. If you have been thinking about checking it out and havent this is your sign to go! :) you wont regret it.

I was very intimidated to take a Shred class for the first time. My apprehension was quickly alleviated. The staff is very friendly, well trained and communicate very effectively. The classes are fast paced and each instructor chooses the exercises you will do. The classes are great if you wanting to build strength and endurance or just want a fun workout. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Shred415 now for 1.5 years and absolutely LOVE it! From the staff, instructors, various workouts and amenities they offer it gets 5 stars from me. Not to mention, Shred415 has taken MANY precautions to ensure the health and safety of every shredder during this COVID-19 pandemic. The classes are hard BUT you choose the level of effort you want to give in EVERY. SINGLE. CLASS. I am so lucky I accepted my friends invite to a Shred class BECAUSE it really is THE BEST WORKOUT.

I really enjoy working out at Shred 415. The coaches are friendly, motivating and knowledgeable. The workouts are varied, but the process is familiar each time, so I know what to expect. That being said, it never gets boring. I also appreciate how clean the facility is.

When they say “More Than A Workout” they mean it. Shred has been a place for me to relax and celebrate my body and all it does for me every day. It’s not punishment, it’s a celebration. That’s the energy I get at Shred. It is an encouraging, motivational environment that is easily the best part of my day.

Shred 415 is an amazing place! I love coming here on my Saturday mornings to do a High Intensity Training workout! The energy in class is always so amazing and they really challenge you! The workouts are always changing and dynamic so you get a different workout every time you come! The instructors there are also soooo amazing! Dana, Cortney, and Kaelyn are great instructors always challenging you to be your best. The staff is also very friendly and always ready to help you with whatever concerns may come up

Shred is high energy and a great workout and although the format is the same for each class the workouts 4/15 minutes segments alternating between floor/weights and treadmills. The workouts do vary quite a bit based on the instructor so you really never do the same workout twice. Shred is great to get into shape and maintain it because of the variety and consistent challenge. It is also welcoming to beginners so I wouldnt be scared off - you can go at your own pace. Highly recommend.

I played soccer through college, and then started distance running as my workout. Several years later, I started to get bored and dreaded my distance runs, especially in the winter. I turned to Shred415 in 2017 and I’ve never looked back! It’s now my only workout, 4 to 5 days a week, and I’ve never looked or felt better. The workouts are so effective—perfect mix of running and strength work! And still so fun—you can choose how much you want to push yourself. The instructors and staff are amazing and encouraging. I look forward to going to class every day and feel amazing afterwards—you have to try it!!!

As well as the TOP NOTCH front desk staff. 🤗 Cortney’s energy, Kaelyn’s passion, Sara’s playlists, Lyndsey’s dedication and Dana’s overall badassery (just to make a few) always make for a fantastic class.The classes are based on strength training and treadmills, but you also improve on things like endurance, balance, form, breathwork, flexibility and overall athleticism. Best workout with the best trainers, best staff, best clients, and best treadmills (if you haven’t run on a woodway, you don’t know what you’re missing)! This community is a so positive, welcoming, and supportive, making this place truly more than a place to workout. I felt a little lost when I moved to Indianapolis, but Shred415 Indy is seriously what helped make this city my home. And along the way, I’ve gotten faster, stronger, lost weight, and gained a Shredfam.

Last week, I dropped in for a session with Kelly as the lead instructor. She did a great job setting expectation for the workout we would be enduring for the 60 minutes. Highly energetic class with nice transitions. Good environment both for women and men. After the class, I was able to shower with provided shampoo and body wash, use mouthwash, and style my hair with crew gel. Perfect transition before my 7pm meeting. I am new(ish) to Shred415, and I have taken both Courtney and Kaelyns classes. They are super motivating instructors and the classes are challenging, yet they are able to be modified for any level. Its really fun to challenge yourself each class and to see results. I always feel great after attending! The studio itself is a super inviting environment and everyone working always has a smile on their face!

Incredible work out! Very high energy - fun - intense work out. Despite being so intense, theres plenty of freedom to go at ones own pace and monitor heart rate, etc. A fantastic mix of cardio and focused body work. I absolutely loved my first class. Cannot wait to go back!

Shred 415 is a challenging workout. The classes are broken into 4 15-minute segments alternating between treadmill drills and strength and cardiovascular exercises on the floor. After a few months of these workouts, I am a much stronger runner. The drills are not only speed-based but also vary in incline. Its tough, but worth it! The studio is clean, the staff is friendly, but most importantly, the childcare is wonderful and readily available! This is an incredible asset--the room is peanut-free, full of engaging toys, and has a t.v. (which isnt always on!). Theyll even take your kids to the bathroom!

Shred 415 is a one of a kind workout facility that builds a community for its members. Their amenities are really nice and the instructors are all so friendly. Ive been working at their front desk for about a year now and love the opportunity to see familiar faces every week. Their workouts are fun with great music selections .Great for building a routine and sticking to it and you will not be disappointed when you start to look/feel good!!

After a bad run, I took a hiatus from fitness studios and began working with my long-time personal trainer more regularly. This week, I felt like I needed something different, I missed the energy of being around people going after the same goals. Shred415 was highly recommended to me and I took my first class there today.The class was broken down into 10-15 minute segments either on the treadmill or on the bench. The treadmills are Woodway and are very comfortable to run on. The drills, varying between incline and speed, are fairly short which made the treadmill time go by really fast.The floor is set up with a bench, a mat, and a range of dumbbells. The class I went to was lower body heavy with a lot of squats, lunges, and a bit of core work thrown in there as well. I am very comfortable with these movements but I wish there was clearer instructions on good form and technique from the instructor for people who may not be. The weight choices were reasonable so I didnt feel like it ever became unsafe for people who can improve on their form/techqniue.The studio is a dark room so that I could stay focused but with enough light that I could keep track of my form in the wall mirrors. The music kept up with the energy of the class and never washed out the voice of the instructors ( this can be a problem at other studios I have been to).There are clean shower stalls and toiletries if your day starts with with class here.Lastly, there are a lot of different membership options, so something for everyone; unlimited autopay, set classes per month, drop ins, etc. For me, I already have a great routine going with my trainer, so a restricted number of classes per month will likely work best.Overall, a great and safe workouts, first class is free, so check it out!
