Whatever you do, do not go here. The tools she used were pulled out of a drawer and DIRTY. I paid for a dip manicure yet didn’t get a massage, didn’t get my cuticles pushed bad or touched up, nothing. I left with polish all over my skin on every finger. Will literally never go back.

If I could give negative stars I would. This was by far the worst nail experience I have ever had. I get my nails done very frequently (probably every 2-3 weeks) and this is just not how it is supposed to go. I went with my friend and we both had gel on when we got there. She put the foil on my friend first and then myself. She walked away and then came back and started taking off my foil even though mine had been soaking for a shorter amount of time than my friend. That was the first weird thing. The second odd thing is that it did not seem as though the cuticle instrument was being sanitized - she just pulled it out of a drawer and took the cap off. When working on my cuticles, she made my thumb bleed and didnt do anything about it. She then proceeded to paint directly over that, which all seems highly unsanitary to me. She did a horrible paint job - she was rushing with very short strokes. Half the time she went directly from one nail to the next without getting more polish - no wonder they are see through. She never even commented on the fact that my finger was bleeding. She didnt do a great file job nor did she have me wash my hands after taking the polish off before applying new polish. Do not go here. For sanitary reasons and just for the fact that it was a terrible experience and paint job. Here are some pictures for reference.This was terrible and I will not be back. I wish I didnt have to pay for this. This was all for an event that I have to go to and they just dont look or feel that presentable.

Good experience! My friend and I had a good time relaxing and getting pampered. I asked for a short coffin shaped full set with rounded edges and that’s what I got! Pedicure was nice and relaxing too. Good attention to detail. I’m no nail aficionado but I am pleased with the results.

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Every time I come here, I am not disappointed! The salon is FABULOUS! Vicky and her team are amazing! They are very tedious in their work and always have completed my nails beautifully! This is now the only salon I go to because of the amazing service, the beautiful job, the great music, the massage chairs, and the uplifting environment! Never a dull moment! Totally rushed job. As I was leaving, I saw them turn away a woman in a wheelchair, telling her it would be “two hours” until she could get a pedicure. The place was empty except for one other customer. Run, don’t walk, away from here!

I was in and out in 40 minutes. My nails look amazing, and Ill definitely be going back. Their prices are very competitive. One complaint--Id have to agree with others that there are drawbacks to working so fast. She popped my old nails off rather than soaking them first. It hurt a bit. My powder nails look good after 10 days. I did have to go back because I experienced some premature chipping, In all fairness though, my natural nails are really weak/flimsy.. I explained the situation in a polite and humble way, and they were very accommodating. This place is worth a try.

I make my appointments when I need to get my nails done. During this pandemic I really needed a manicure, and pedicure!. The first thing I did was head over to the nail salon for my appointment. When I entered I was greeted with a friendly “hello, how may I help you.” I then proceeded to tell Jenny my name again and she recognized me because I come to this location quite frequently!. Even though we were wearing 😷 a mask I could tell we were smiling at each other. I told her I would like to get an acrylic manicure full set, and a pedicure. I explained how I wanted my nails and toes to look and I even shared a photo of my desired look! She then asked someone to get the water ready for me and for me to pick out my color I proceeded. I asked if Vikki was coming in and she said, “ Yes she will be here very soon.” I picked out my gel color, and took off my shoes, and went to put my feet into perfect temperature water. The area I put my feet in was very clean, and they changed out the disposable plastic after every person was done getting a pedicure. My skin on my feet was dry and needed work but after having my feet in the water and a very nice massage from the chair Jenny came over, and started conversation with me. I started conversation back it was very pleasant!. She exfoliated my feet very well, and made my cuticles very nice!. I asked if she could file my nails down, and she did wonderfully, no pain at all!. Vikki came in with a smile and determination on her face to get ready to continue her job. She greeted me, and I greeted her back!. Vikki came over, and told me my nails would need to soak. I said, “ okay that’s fine.” Vikki started to get the foil, cotton balls, and acetone so my gel nail polish, and acrylic from the previous days would soak off gently!. The other customers around me were being well taken care of, and everyone was in a great mood!. a customer even started a conversation with me and everything was very pleasant. We were all laughing, and having a wonderful experience, and day!. Jenny is very funny and keeps the conversation friendly. When Jenny finished I said, “thank you.” I felt super pampered!. I walked over to Vikki’s station that was clean, and had sneeze guards up at the tables so no one would get anyone sick for protection for everyone!. I showed Vikki a picture of how I would like my nails to look and she used very great products/ great quality and took her time on my nails. I can tell she values her job and loves making her customers happy and seeing a smile on everyone’s face when they are satisfied, and finished with their nails or toes. My nails turned out so nice she put the acrylic on very well, and filed my nails so nicely there was no pain and no cuts!. Everyone there does a phenomenal job, but Vikki really cares, and values every customer she works with. I can tell she’s been working hard. Ultimately I’m very satisfied, and have told my friends, and family, and strangers about this nail business. It’s in a great location surrounded by wonderful people! Thank you! soo much!!!

Will never go back. Asked for the deluxe pedicure and was serviced by a young girl who wasnt quite sure what she was doing. We didnt even receive all the services listed on the website under deluxe ped. The extra 10 minute massage was literally the worst massage Ive ever had and only lasted 9 minutes. So not ony did I not get my full extra 10 there was nothing before the extra 10 that I paid more money for. Once the other lady finished with another client, she took over for the child and did a good job with painting but I feel like I got the shaft and had to pay full price for half service.

The lady who did my nails was so fast and rude. She wouldn’t say anything to me and just kept snatching my nails. She had me sit down immediately after she had finished doing another woman’s nails. There was “dust” from the lady’s nails all over the place.. she didn’t clean it.. and she immediately started using the same tools that she used on the other lady without cleaning them! Super gross. I was getting dip nail and she used a dirty brush she previously used on my nails and never completely wiped them off. I still had some gel polish on my nails and she didn’t not remove that or clean my nails before she started. She didn’t wear gloves and her hands were covered in the other lady’s nail dust when she started. I watched her rudely turn away customers because she had an appointment which was why she was rushing to do my nails. She clearly missed a lot of spots and didn’t care that she did a bad job. She harassed my boyfriend to pay.. when I was the one who came in and wanted to pay. Overall I was disappointed with the service here and would never choose to go here. It’s so gross that she didn’t clean up or use clean tools and clearly she only cared about getting the job done and getting my money and me out of the salon. Don’t waste your time or risk your health. Btw the manicure itself was painful because she was aggressive with the drill and kept going on my skin. I won’t be coming back. Sloppy job and terrible service.

I walked in and waited at least ten minutes for someone to even notice my existence. I was finally noticed by the girl sitting in a massage chair listening to music. I sat down to get my nails done and there was no music playing and it was super awkward. She then trimmed my set and didnt make sure that everything was even. Then she painted over acrylic dust that hadnt been wiped off my nails. the white on my nails is so transparent. Then she charged me $15 extra for a very simple nail color. A woman who I assume is the owner came out to greet someone and didntt even have her shoes on. Honestly I have been to my fair share of bad salons ans I think this one has taken the cake.

They charged us more then what was posted in the price menu online. Other then that service was good.

I got my nails done there but Vikki, got a full set of acrylics. Probably the best acrylics I’ve ever gotten. Beautiful shape, painted wonderfully and she’s so kind. She knew exactly what I wanted and even gave ideas to make it look even better. My nails have never looked so good!

I took my teen daughter here to have her nails dipped & colored. I was so pleasantly surprised with how friendly, gentle, kind, and professional my daughter was treated; and we both loved the look of the final product. We have been to other nail salons that made us feel like we were being herded through and unappreciated. Thank you, Greyhound Nails!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My son and I went. We both did pedicures and I did dipped nails. They stopped my sons pedicure to go start another pedicure. Then put wax on his feet which burnt him. He’s 10. (Without asking) The pedicures were so rushed my son still has dirt on the bottom of his feet. No exaggeration a 12-15min pedicure. My feet don’t feel clean. My dipped manicure was awful. My nails are lumpy and uneven. She didn’t clean my nails or clip my cuticles. Just rushed me out. Then was charged $95. Worst place ever. You couldn’t pay me to go back. NEVER go here. It’s a waste of money. If you want a REAL place to go to. Check out. “Zen Nails” Zen Nails is QUEEN!!!!!

Shawn was extremely friendly and really nice however the lady (didn’t catch her name) that did my nails didn’t say a word to me and was very short. The other lady (also didn’t catch her name sorry I’m not very helpful) was great and understanding that it was my first time having my brows done! She was quick and really great! Went back a couple months later to get my eyebrows done and the girls wasn’t even here and the manager (I’m assuming) had to go pick her up! She asked another employee if she would do it and the woman (Rose) waived her off and said no. It was extremely awkward especially after such a great first experience!

I absolutely love this salon. I’ve been going here for almost a year. I don’t even live on the north side anymore and I drive up there just to get my nails done. Vicky is always excited to do new things and get creative. A nice positive to this is that for things like stiletto, almond and coffin nails they don’t charge extra to shape while most other competitors do. It’s often a busy shop but i don’t mind waiting because I’m always happy when I leave.

I 100% recommend Greyhound Nails to anyone looking for high quality, friendly service and a relaxing experience. Vicki is truly wonderful and takes care of whatever you need. She has made the salon a peaceful oasis. With the array of quality services offered, why go anywhere else.

I love this place!

I went with my daughter who was revisiting the salon for the second time in 3 days because the polish they used on her feet was think and gummy. She tried to tell the lady, who did not understand English that she did not want her to continue with that polish to no avail! I got acrylic tips and gel polish and it totally looks bumpy and the topcoat made my nails a darker color than the watermelon gel polish. I will not ever go back!

My friend and i walked in and the lady was so rude and had the teenager tell us everything instead of directly telling both of us. when it was finally our turn the lady doing our nails didn’t change the towels underneath our hands in between both of us. my friend had acrylics on so she needed them removed. instead of filling them off, she cut the edges off and ripped them off with a plastic nail to quicken up the process. she ruined her nails underneath the acrylics. then she got a coffin shape and cut the nails way shorter then the lady was told to cut them and the shape looks awful. she then drilled underneath the acrylics and made her bleed. then it was my turn. i got square with rounded edges. she cut the nails with scissors and the tips were so crooked. she was so rude and it was obvious she was in a rush. she drilled my cuticles to the point of almost bleeding and filed the sides of my nails and one started bleeding. i told the lady to fix my nails and she was still super rude and i told her i wasn’t paying full price. the nails still aren’t as good as desired. i would much rather go to westfield nails which is 20x better then this place.

Terrible experience. Every two weeks I take the time to pamper myself. This was a far cry and incredibly uncomfortable. In addition to cutting me I left with polish all over my fingers. They’re response was a curt “we do the best we can.” I will not be going back.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I’d been a couple of times and the service wasn’t bad, so I went back in December with my sister who was visiting from out of town so that we both could get gel manicures. I called ahead of time to ensure we could be seen without having a very long wait and Vicki, the owner, said we could come right in. When we arrived Vicki rudely said “what do you want?” That’s literally how she greeted us when we walked in the door. She didn’t say “hello”,or “how may I help you”, but “what do you want”. Even though I had called to make an appointment she still made us sit and wait. For quite some time. Well, after being treated so rudely I decided to just leave, and I’m so glad that I did because as a result I discovered a great new salon that I didn’t even know existed - Zen Nails, right down the road on Main Street. The staff is very friendly and they really appreciate their customers. That’s where I’ll be spending my money from now on. Good riddance Greyhound Nails and shame on you for treating your customers so rudely, Vicki!

Ill never return. When I came in, I was the only person there. I wanted a gel mani and pedi w/ regular polish. About 2 minutes in, a group of girls walked in and they all wanted pedicures. Needless to say - they went first. Then another lady came in wanting a dip fill. They just pushed me over to the side while they started on her. Finally, when its my turn, my pedicure was rushed, aaaaaaaaaand - I got a makeshift manicure - with NO WATER! How can you do a manicure with no water?! Ive been getting manicures for years. The shaping is awful. The color is dull. The tips are still white. I feel like I got a dirt manicure with the some gel polish slapped on it. If the goal was to get me to never return - mission accomplished. I still left a nice tip because thats who I am - but if youre reading this Greyhound Nails - youd better make that money stretch to infinity and beyond, because you might win some, but you just lost one. (Gave it an extra star for the ambiance. But dont be fooled)

My manicurist FaceTimed her kids 6 times while doing my nails and clearly was trying to get out of there. Felt my nails after drying and said they were good to go. Putting my jacket on completely messed up one of them... Clearly not good to go.

Great experience! Loved the atmosphere. Took my mom and I in as they were closing for mani pedis and had a great attitude about it. Great customer service. All around an amazing place!

The woman who was a manager was doing my nails. I believe her name was Vicki. She was incredibly rude and rushed the heck out of my nails. She was so rough while rushing my nails that twice I had pain. I’ve had mediocre nail jobs before but she was just not pleasant. I was more stressed because I had to worry if it was going to hurt than relaxed. It’s not worth going here at all.

Seems I had a similar experience to others. The only redeeming quality was the sweet girl who actually painted my nails. Overall, customer service was terrible. The owner is incredibly rude and unhelpful. They don’t assist you at all when you enter and you’re left guessing what to do, where to go, where to pay, what to pay, etc. I made an appointment weeks in advance and no one even had information about it. The most frustrating thing of all is that it’s only been a couple of days and my polish is peeing at the cuticles. Not to mention that they didn’t even bother to fully remove my previous polish before starting with the new color. Will not be back!

They were rushing the whole time and they did a soppy job and me and my daughter both got hurt when they were filling our nails. We spent $100 bucks on a terrible job and I went to the doctor before me and my daughter went our trip. I will never be going to Greyhound Nails again.

Vickie & her staff are very inviting & friendly people that are great at what they do. I have only been to the salon once because I do not live around town, if that were not the case I would definently be there more often!

DO NOT get acrylics done here. They were all different lengths and thickness, with the thinnest ones being too thick. They might do ok with other services, but not a full set.

Been sitting in the spa with no one there for 20 minutes because she is occupied with someone who got here half an hour after I did. I am here with my mom and she got finished 20 minute before I even started.

Walked in there at 4:20 for a gel manicure, I have no gel or any color that would need removed and they literally said “we’re closed”!Wow. I told the guy their sign says they close at 5... he said no, it’s Sunday, we’re closed after the pedicure he was working on! All while a lady who worked there was hanging out in a chair watching TV! Spend your money in businesses where they actually want you, and treat you as such!

I had a gel manicure on Monday. It is now Wednesday and the polish is peeling. I won’t be back.

I went to Greyhound nails today for the first time and will not be back. I told them it was my first visit yet I received no direction on where to pick my pedicure color, the fact that the massage chairs can be adjusted to my specifications and I was left under the dryer for 25 minutes. Then they acted surprised that I had been there that long and hadnt paid yet. When I left I came home with uneven toenail trims and heels that were no softer than when I came to get the pedicure.

My fiancee got her nails done there for the first time a couple of weeks ago and she couldnt be any happier with the results!!!!
