She especially understands the hormonal changes that happen as we age, as well as, how to reverse damage from all our years of tanning beds and sun tanning in the 80s. (She never makes me feel guilty when I indulge in a week of Florida sun, either) I moved 3 hours north of her location and still come back for her to work on me. She is THAT good!
