Victoria and her nurse were both friendly, knowledgeable and did not rush me through. The woman at the front desk was very kind when I missed my appointment that morning due to my own mistake. She graciously rescheduled me and did not make me feel like I had “committed a crime!” Everyone was helpful. It was a very pleasant experience and I will now be a regular patient.

I was pleased that Dr. Negretti treated the spots on my scalp with Nitrogen freeze and that she confirmed that the red inflamation on my back was nothing to be concerned about. I had an afternoon appointment the same morning I called. Upon arriving the chairs in the waiting room met the requirements for the NOVID-19 guidelines. The room was empty. Very shortly upon registering I was directed to the patient room and discussed with the attendant why i was there. Shortly thereafter, the Dr. came in and was very professional, asking me why I made the appointment and she administered treatment for what I was concerned about, provided a brochure on the subject and I was gone in fifteen minutes.I was thankful.Steve

What can I say? They saved my life by catching a mole that had turned cancerous! And yesterday, they caught another one that was precancerous. The staff is always friendly yet professional. I think Negrete is very nice, however, she did not make me feel like she cared about improving my skin. It makes me really sad honestly because I am already struggling with my skin and I am paying $144 to meet her for 10 mins. She doesnt give me tips to improve it. I was a new patient. Arrived early expecting tons of paperwork. 3 simple forms later and Im sitting in the waiting room. Hardly crack open a magazine and Im called. Once in the exam room, Dr. Negretes assistant asked a few simple questions and then had me put on a gown. Barely got out of my clothes and Dr. Negrete was in the room and ready to start the exam. She treats my visits specific to my history, risks, preferences, etc. Which should be a given, but Ive had doctors where I felt like they just went down a standard list and I was just a number. I really dreaded writing this review because I want to give positive feedback but am just so disappointed with the care received. This had been my first experience visiting a dermatologist. I spent 15 minutes total from the time I entered to the time I exited the building. Very little history had been taken. Diagnosis had been quick (which is positive!) but when it came time for treatment options there were few given. I had a bad reaction in the past to the oral antibiotic prescribed and even when this had been brought to Dr. Negretes attention it was prescribed anyway. No other topical treatments or education regarding the management of my condition were given at the visit. Via phone later in the week a nurse prescribed a wash that has done little to help me manage my condition. No other education given to help manage symptoms of my newly diagnosed condition. No follow up besides a bill! Really disappointed. I would suggest taking a bit more time with the patient to discuss MANAGEMENT and treatment options once obtaining a thorough patient history.
