Dr. Kingsley and her staff are always so helpful and most importantly, they are open and honest if conveying concerns or things to watch for but provide you with tools to use when you leave, a great practical approach for skincare, checking spots, sunscreen or any follow up needed. Some places just don’t deliver that nice balance of “this is serious but also here’s how we’re going to approach it” but she does. From an aesthetics standpoint, she and her team are top notch, use latest technology and it is something that Dr. Kingsley’s obviously actively engaged in - versus a lot of other practices or med spas - learned how injector quality and experience can make a huge difference so not something you just want to seek out the best deal online (usually a bad sign!). Highly recommend.

I have always enjoyed being treated by Dr. Kingsley. We get along well personally and I have the utmost confidence in her professionally. But today, my wife called the office to make an appointment for me and was told that since it has been more than three years since Ive been there, they consider me a new patient. What? Worse yet, Dr. Kingsley is not accepting new patients. I gotta tell you, gang, this leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Ive already begun the hunt for a new doctor—preferably one with more professionalism and compassion for his/her patients.

We love Dr Kingsley, She is friendly, and knowledgeable. She does a good job of explaining for us to understand.

The poor rating is for her front desk staff/nurse, not for her. I have been going to Dr. Kingsley since 2012 and as a provider she is wonderful. I called 3 months ago to schedule a General Derm appt. and was scheduled for 6 months out (ridiculous, but I like her an it was non-emergent, so fine). Today, 3 months before my appt. I get a call stating it is cancelled and I have been dropped as a General Derm patient, but that they would be happy to schedule me for a Cosmetic Procedure. Um, no! Why would I spend hundreds of dollars (out-of-pocket) on cosmetic procedures at this office when they wont see me as a General Derm patient? As many of you know, it takes forever to get into a Dermatologist and now my care will most likely be delayed further because of this.

Dr Kingsley removed a cyst from above my upper lip Feb 21st 2018. She was very professional and made sure I was ok during the procedure. Had my choice of music playing in the background to help relax me. I was very pleased with her work.
