I had a very good experience here. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hygienist did an excellent job on my teeth and was willing to answer any questions I had. Dr. Reno was very welcoming and knowledgeable.

I moved from Illinois and had to find a new dentist. Dr. Reno and his staff were very welcoming, friendly, and very professional. As they did each procedure they explained it…even showing me what plaque build up on my teeth actually looks like.While my previous dentist may have had a TV to watch while in the chair, Dr. Reno and staff were more interested in my dental concerns than entertaining me.I definitely would recommend!

Honestly, one of the best dental offices in Hamilton county. Dr. Reno is very caring and up to date on the latest technology and practices for dental care. Great culture is evident in this office because everyone is so helpful and effective. Dr. Reno also does his best to make himself available in case of family dental emergencies which is very much appreciated.

Dr. Reno and his staff were exceptional and the office was always super clean. I had a filling done and the doctor personally called me later that evening to check on me. You just dont find service like that anywhere these days. I no longer live in the area and have never found a better dentist or experience at a dentist office than this place. Dr. Reno and his staff are always kind, professional, and eager to answer any questions or concerns I might have. Although my recent appointment was intended to be just a routine cleaning, Dr. Reno also repaired a chipped tooth that had been bothering me for quite some time. He did this because I recently suffered trauma due to an accident, and was confined to a wheelchair. Rather than have me scheduled a second appointment to repair the tooth, he offered to do it right then and there. What a great guy!

My whole family went to Dr Reno’s office for the first time. Because of the COVID19 they met us at the door and took our temperature then had us sanitize our hands. Dr Reno cleaned my oldest teeth age 14 and my son said he was gentle and did a great job. My youngest age 8 got his teeth clean by one of his staff members she did a great job. He also said she was gentle and very nice. My husband and I had the same feelings as our kids. They did an amazing job and we feel like we found a great practice for us! Other than the fact that I almost froze to death all went well. I understand the requirement and need for the fans but they do NOT need to be blowing on the patient. On the plus side, it was the best job of cleaning my teeth since Dr Bitar retired. That is like 20 or 30 cleanings. The movie is A RAGE AT DAWN, starring Randolph Scott and Forrest Tucker born in Plainfield, Indiana. Pass that on the dear doctor!

I had an amazing start to my week yesterday as I visited the office of Reno Family Dentistry! During the midst of the Covid 19 I felt totally safe as I entered the office after my temp check, seeing the staff in the disposable gowns,masks and face shields, and practicing social distancingwhen able to made my safety top priority. My crown procedure went flawlessly, and I didn’t feel a thing. I mustgive the office a shout out too on their amazing selection of music, which was both familiar and relaxing.
