I bought a Groupon package for a wedding ring removal and also purchased an additional package while I was there for a small removal on my arm. The ring removal went horribly. The skin was burnt through multiple layers on the first treatment. It became seriously infected and was still not healed four weeks later. I contacted them about two weeks after the first treatment, I was told to put ice and aloe on it. I was concerned so I went to the doctor and was told it was seriously infected and given anabiotic‘s I then contacted them for a refund on my remaining sessions and was told to take it up with Groupon.

Get monthly facials including IPL and love it. Bonnie is super nice, does temp checks and wears a mask for covid safety. Great improvement to my skin, reduced sun damage by a ton!

I purchased a 3 IPL facial and chemical peel package on Groupon. What a mistake. She didn’t seem very friendly or professional. She was sloppy with the chemical peel solution and it got all over my lips causing them to peel and be sore for 2 weeks. She spent hardly any time at all with the laser. My face had been excessively dry ever since. Every thing seemed rushed. I was still trying to give her a chance and even gave her (an undeserving) large tip and booked the next appointment.And then for my second appointment there was a scheduling conflict where we had 2 different dates written down and instead of being courteous and professional, she instantly was nasty and not empathetic or caring at all. I have never been spoken to like how she treated me and I have worked in customer service for over 20 years.I also feel like she is falsely advertising her business. There is no way one of these facials cost $900. Save your time and money! Don’t do it!

I have had 3 appointments so far out of 6 and I have seen great results so far! well worth the money! I have very sensitive skin and the lasers/treatments don’t harm or irritate at all. Bonnie is knowledgeable and each time is a great experience!

Bought on groupon before I saw the reviews on here...apparently nothing has changed...worst facial, she barely spent any time with the laser...burnt some of my hair on the hairline...didnt go over the areas I asked her too, and didnt even put the mask all over my face. I felt that it wasnt on my nostrils and asked her to put it there and she assured me that it was.....welp I decided to take pics to see.... not only is it not there, but also around my face is not fully covered. she also didnt remove the mask completely before I left...dont waste your money or time, have groupon give you a refund..I wish I would have.my skin looked better before I went it there. and feels better with my regular at home mask from sephora 🤦‍♀️

I do not approve of this place and as you can see, a lot of us agree. Not clean, not professional, Bonnie didn’t even use a real laser no change in hair growth....what’s up with that.My friend had a Groupon and she went also and told me that it’s all a joke and she could of did a better facial at home with a dollar store mask and nair. Told me she didn’t even wear a mask properly. If your going to be in a business with people, do your part it’s not that hard.Lol sorry but not sorry.1/2 a star for me for still being in business.

It probably is no surprise that this business has a 2.4 star average. Pretentious, inconsiderate owner who cares zero about mask safety. I would highly, highly suggest staying away from anything related to this business.

Bought a groupon for BB designs two months ago, called to set up a appointment but no one answered. Left a very detailed message about the area I wanted treated, times and days I would prefer, also stated if the times and days that I wanted were not available, that I would still come in with what was available. Repeated my phone number twice with my name and to please call me back and never even received a phone call back. So apparently they do not care to lose a customer.

After almost a year of laser treatments monthly from Bonnie, I see no difference in my hair growth. The only noticeable change has been some scarring from her use of lasers on my skin. Im so saddened to have no payoff from all the time Ive invested making 10+ appointments!

Six laser treatments later and no hair removal. Owner canceled 2 appointments on me because of problems with the building. Once water was out and the other time it was the electricity. I paid for medium area of chin and jawline, but the first 2 visits I was mostly treated on chin only. Each appointment I had to tell owner what area I was getting worked on. ( I suggest actually writing this on the appointment book) Owner offered to continue treatments at the same price per visit since my package was done. I scheduled one and told her I was going to see my dermatologist. My dermatologist recommended that I see a doctor for hair removal, that the laser was completely different. I called to cancel that last appointment and surprise, I wasnt even on the books for having an appointment!

It would be more impactful to report poor business practices to Groupon and ask they no longer allow this business to route sales via their site to mitigate any risk to them. One doesnt even have to go to this service provider to see they provide poor service and handle business poorly just by reading their unprofessional responses! Its just a matter of time before they cross paths with the wrong customer, honestly.

This was my worst hair removal experience ever! This rating should actually have no stars. I purchased 6 treatments for laser hair removal. By the 6th treatment, I told Bonnie the hair was not going away. The only solution she had was for me to buy more treatments. She said it was my bodys response and not her machine. Btw, I have had hair removal done before in other areas and did see results. With BB Designs, I had no improvements at all. It was such a waste of time and money! : (

The laser hair removal treatment seriously is not effective and is overrated. I took treatment for over a year; the laser treatment did nothing except for minor hair removal here and there. I dont recommend laser treatment from this place. VERY DISAPPOINTING.....Appointments were rushed and services was unprofessional majority of the times. I had to keep reminding that she missed a section during every treatment. Dont waste your time and money.

I purchased a Groupon for BB Design Style Studio for laser hair removal treatment. The Groupon included 6 treatments. In the Groupon description, it is stated that Each appointment lasts 45–60 minutes, and treatments on the same area should be scheduled 4–12 weeks apart. Each of my appointments lasted a very short 10 minutes. Each time I went in, the technician could never remember what area she was treating- did not have it written down.There was also a time that I rescheduled an appointment, she forgot to write down the rescheduled appointment and I went to the time we agreed upon, and she never showed up. When I called her, she didnt even apologize.My greatest disappointment is that the laser treatment didnt do anything- even despite her assurance that I was the perfect candidate for the treatment-fair skin and dark hair. I had absolutely no results- and I suspect its from the inconsistency in treatments and short treatment times. Basically, I spent $129 to be inconvenienced time and time again. I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone. And I would recommend that Groupon not continue to hold it as a business on their site.
