In to my second year working with Chad. The training is fun and challenging. I am amazed at how his guidance with workouts as well as nutrition have allowed me to accomplish goals I never thought possible.

I was real fortunate to find Chad when looking for a personal trainer. I was looking for someone who was going to help train and educate me on both exercise and diet, as well as hold me accountable. Chad has exceeded all my expectations. I think it is fair to say I challenge him with all my questions about diet and exercise as much as he challenges me to burn the fat, build the muscle and eat healthy. He is very professional, very strategic on his approach and also keeps it fun. I am 42 years old, 5’ 8” inches tall and when I first met Chad I weighed 222 lbs with a body fat percentage greater than 30%. After 8 months I weigh 181 lbs with a body fat percentage 19-23%. Also, I was pre-diabetic, my triglycerides were high (204), my blood pressure was high (150/100) and my cholesterol was high (253). With all the changes Chad made my diet and exercise regime, my triglycerides dropped to normal (45), my blood pressure is normal (120/80) and my cholesterol dropped to below 200. I look and feel so much better and I don’t think I could have done it without someone as knowledgeable and motivating as Chad!

Chad pushes me beyond what I thought was my limit. Within 5 minutes into the workout, I cannot distinguish between what is my sweat and what is my tears. He encourages me and always come up with creative, innovative workouts. The variety of the exercises keeps me on my toes and are very effective, surprising my body constantly. I think about training differently now.Also, we focus in on my diet, everything that goes into my mouth has a goal and Im happy to be in such control over my body. I never would have guessed I could accomplish that aspect. My friends and co-workers say whoa, thats too much, but sometimes thats what you have to do to reach your goal.I havent lost my motivation yet. Its hard somedays and I know I have a tendency to overtrain, but Chad helped me realize how important rest/sleep is to the overall feat as well. For that, I am thankful. I would have overtrained myself to injury/burnout. Im glad to work with a fella who knows what he is doing. We pull exercise, diet, and rest to achieve the gnarlest bod for my
