Hey y’all. I attended west coast recovery this year, I couldn’t of made a better life changing decision. There open and individualized treatment plans made me feel cared for. The staff is amazing and very personable. They don’t hold them selves above you they definitely meet you where your at. Really unique and awesome experience. Would recommend to my loved ones.

I spent 6 months at their sober living and PHP/IOP program as a dual-diagnosed client, they saved my life. When I started I was lost and afraid but I left feeling stable and happy, I had motivation and direction again. They have a unique and holistic approach to recovery and assign you with case managers that prepare you for a successful discharge. I highly recommend you give this program a try!

West coast recovery has been life changing for me! For the first time in 15 years, Im living a sober life. Ive been sober 9 months and counting. I feel blessed that I found their IOP/OP program and sober living house, they exceeded any expectations that I had. The owner, counselors, discharge planners, and class facilitators are top notch. Im living a life now that seemed impossible. Im very grateful for them and their program/sober living environment. They are still a huge part of my recovery to this day. West Coast sets people up for success! I would highly recommend them to anyone that is struggling with addiction issues.

I went to West Coast Recovery in 2014 and I liked it. Activities were fun. I did relapse when I left and a few times after that in part because the timing of when they made me leave was bad. A few days before Christmas, I went home to an empty house and a very lonely holiday with a lot of temptation that I was not prepared for. I have heard since then that this is a habit of theirs. Poor planning of releases. When peoples insurance money runs out, they get shown the door. I met a few women lately that are also graduates of West Coast. One, a former tenant of mine, Heather, said every person she ever knew that went to West Coast has relapsed because they dont really care about people, they want insurance money. She said they made her leave at a very bad time for her and she was traumatized. She said that they do that and then let people come back if they relapse, so their insurance kicks in again. Heather actually had nothing good to say about West Coast. I felt bad because I referred her. I had nothing to compare it to, but Heather has been in several rehabs and sober livings. I guess management has changed since I went there.That was not my experience, since I never tried to go back and I didnt have insurance, but Jen and Katie spoke of similar experiences with people theyknew. I do know a few other people that I am FB friends with that went when I did and they relapsed also. I cant say for sure their record for graduates relapsing, but I would do a lot of research before sending my loved one there.

This is by far one of the best treatment centers in the at least the United States. The team at the center including John D Counselor & therapist Danny W and on staff Michael B are some of the best in the business. Issues do occasionally arise but they are dealing with a very difficult group of people who do not always get along (myself included). This place helped me turn my life around. This place has an amazing culture and they really care about the clients. I had a 98% positive experience. Keep in mind all of these reviews are from clients we are not there for being healthy sound minded people. If you are considering doing outpatient you should reconsider and live in the house.Only complaint they charge different clients different prices for the rent at the house. They either need to give a client who can’t afford the rent a full scholarship or make them pay the regular rent. With everyone paying a different rent amount for the same room creates issues. However, it’s a free country and they can run there rent system however they would like to. Just to avoid less conflict I would flat rate it. It’s Not really an area you want to nickel and dime people for a few hundred dollars a month for the conflicts it creates. It’s like one quarter of the house is paying $1500 some are paying $600 some aren’t paying at all. Some are paying $800. Maybe just meet in the middle and charge $1000. Thats about what renting an individual room in the área costs.

West Coast Recovery Centers is an amazing program! I can attest to the quality of care, the wonderful programming, and the over all compassion of the staff. Because of their dedication to upholding a high standard of ethics, WCRC is my first choice when referring my clients to a higher level of care.

West Coast Recovery provides an amazing diversity in the program experience. However, they do not provide solid individual support. If your a relapser, if you need special attention and/or are older, this is not the place for you. My own personal experience is that its a place to process people in recovery and not a secure place that provides support for individual recovery.

My daughter went here. I’m grateful for the staff and everyone that helped my family through this rough time. I have my daughter back! Thanks west coast!

As a substance use professional since 2005, I can say that West Coast Recovery Centers is a shining example of how all treatment centers should operate. They truly care about their clients and provide first class treatment services. I have collaborated with them over the years on some cases and have always been impressed with how they run their centers. If you or someone you love needs substance use or dual diagnosis treatment- you would be making an excellent decision to go there.

This place saved my brother from his addiction issues and he now seems in a much better place mentally. I highly recommend West Coast Recovery Centers!

A family member went here. While the place is nice and scenery is beautiful, the program should be better for the price. He was supposed to be there for at least 45 days. They began letting staff go and releasing ppl who were not ready bc they were closing down certain parts of the program. My family member was one of the ones released early. And yet, we were charged, and are still beingcharged full price for everything. Even though he did not get the benefit of the complete program. Looks elsewhere ppl!!

Absolutely dont come here. They throw you out for no reason with no warning. Extremely unethical practices and no aftercare planning. Another rehab just collecting insurance but no actual concern for your well being. Stay away if you want to have a supportive recovery environment

It’s an amazing place to truly get sober and recover. All of the staff is amazing and truly care about every patient that comes in. I was in the girls house on The Strand and all the girls were just a big family and even with the guys house, we all go to IOP together and it’s juat a huge family. I definitely will recommend anyone to go here.
