ADR Wellness was welcoming, informative and patient with my questions and concerns about my children. Jodi is the one who walked me through the process and got me in the door for testing. I have 2 children and I didn’t know what to do. I think I may have talked to her no less than 12 times before I finally got on there. My experience is what has me referring other moms and there children there for therapy and testing. Children’s hospital takes months to get in.My only complaint is the small waiting room. I do not usually post reviews. I saw the one above and felt inclined to list my experience. Sounds like there must be more to the story. To any one searching, call the office for yourself and make you own determination. They go the extra mile.

My 14 year old son was seeing Hanna and let me start by saying Hanna is great I recommend her to anyone seeking help and guidance. And for Shay in the office she was extremely helpful through the entire intake process. She helped with the insurance and first appointment and was amazing. Now to the one star I provided, after 2 visits I quit going because of the office manager Jody. To start she’s condescending and rude and speaks to people like they’re beneath her. She also lied and then tried to turn it back on me. When I payed for the first visit I was driving and used my girlfriends card for a one time charge. After the second visit they charged that card without any authorization. Then I got a phone call saying I needed to pay for the visit they charged that card for. I told them i would call in and pay for i wasn’t at the late afternoon appointment. Before i could call the next morning the had already charged my girlfriends card. Less than 12 hours from appt. no attempt to try and collect. When I explained to her you charged a card you didn’t have authorization for she began to get condescending with me telling me how to pay moving forward. They’ve been paid for both visits both in a timely manner. There was also an issue with the phones that i brought up on two occasions with her. Then was told this was the first time she had heard about it. Long story short if you want to be treated like I was go to ADR wellness. Again unfortunately Shay and Hanna are amazing the person running that office not so much. If you can deal with Jody by all means go for it unfortunately I wasn’t able to.

Lucy has been my therapist for a hear now. She has changed my life! She was my EMDR therapist at first. Then she also became my general. Ive had alot of therapists and she is probably the best one Ive ever had. I have nothing but great things to say about her. Shes so supportive and goes out of her way for her clients. Ive had such a great relationship with the staff in that office. They employ amazing therapists. Would highly recommend to anyone with trauma, personality disorders or depression and anxiety. Would also love to give Jodi a big compliment she use to lead one of my groups and she has also made such an impact on my life. Once you get to talking to her you wont want to stop. She is very relatable. She knows when its business and when its time to really get to know someone. Thank you ADR wellness for changing not just my life. But my sons life. Really. Go if you are ready to change your life
