Depression in its self cant be treated with pills. The root of depression is not physical.

Careful of this place. I visited them over a year ago for a simply psychological evaluation for emigration paperwork. I paid out of pocket having just lost my insurance due to being unemployed. They kept my card on file and now over a year later I just got charged again for an amount over what qualifies for felony theft.I figured there was just a mix up, no big deal right? So, I called the place and they transferred me to their office in San Diego who transfers me to their billing department. I explain the charge and the lady tells me, Oh that was from your insurance., but I didnt have insurance at the time so I ask what insurance and she tells me BlueCross and Blue Shield. I havent had BCBS since I lived in Texas over seven years ago and the insurance provider I had prior to losing my job was not BCBS.I asked if I could record the conversation, and they refused. They told me I had authorized it and they emailed me a letter. I checked my email immediately and there was never any letter. Oh, Ill just make a new one and send it over to you later with your signature on it.Wait? A new one with my signature? No, no, no I thought and asked to speak to her supervisor. She told me she would have them call me back. I told her I would hold. She hung up on me.I just disputed this with my bank submitting the original bill which showed paid in full and I am filing a police report now. I do not know if it is this Carlsbad branch or the San Diego one which is doing this, but I went to the Carlsbad one so that is who I am reviewing.If you go here pay in cash, do not use a card. They will keep it on file and try to defraud you well over a year later.

Wasted my time having me come in for a consultation only to not take my insurance. But they knew what my insurance was before I came in, they made me fill out a bunch of paperwork about it beforehand. What a joke, the fact that they are profiting off of valuable treatment that so few can afford is shameful.

I can recommend this Mental Health facility for providing exceptional, excellent and compassionate care for patients by MOST of the staff which are amenable, professional and compassionate providers.I must agree with the review provided by Jonathan that sadly, I found Dr. Fitzgerald to be arrogant, condescending and unbelievably unprofessional. This being said, I STRONGLY advise and encourage you to become a patient of TMS Achieve and ask for Dr. Sheth or any other practitioner, because the remaining staff are exceedingly caring and knowledgeable and they can and will help you or your loved one!

Thank you Courtney and Rachel for being there throughout my whole treatment. I totally recommend Acheive TMS carlsbad to those who experience terrible depression and whose meds are becoming less effective. I never once had to deal with insurance, which is stressful on its own. Thank you Achieve for helping me fight my depression.
