The people are friendly enough, but you have to be very very diligent with this place. Three times I was promised a call back while trying to schedule our appointment, I was never once called back. It took over a week to finally get an appointment.My mother specifically needed an open MRI, it said so right on the prescription sent from her doctor, I said so several times while trying to schedule, yet in their efforts to get us in as quickly as possible (the fourth time I called them) they scheduled us at the Carlsbad location, which does not have an open MRI machine. Now my sick mother has to fast and travel to a second appointment in Escondido.So again, if you are dealing with this business, BE DILIGENT, your time and effort is meaningless to them.

I had a great experience at this office! From the front staff greeting me with smiles and helping me check in. To then, the tech getting me settled for my MRI. I was very nervous going into my appointment but the wonderful staff here eased my worries. Thanks Valley Radiology!

Very disappointed in this place. I was told I would get a call beforehand about the cost of the deductible since it’s my first cat scan. I heard nothing and called them myself the day before the car scan to find out. I was told specifically there was no deductible. And then was left a voice message at the end of the day saying I had a deductible and it was very high. I mean literally the end of the day before my appt when they know I’ve been asking for a week at least. Very disorganized and don’t know how to communicate effectively. :(

My appt was scheduled ok but it was hard to understand her due to the accent of the coordinator. The tech for my MRI was nice and it went smoothly. My chief complaint is afterward, I had never received a bill. I called and the billing rep said the bill they sent was returned and the sent my file to collections. No attempt was made to contact me via phone to confirm my address. When I confirmed my address the said its in collections and not their problem. They are very rude and condescending when the fault is on them. I cant in good conscious recommend them if they are this unprofessional. Shockingly the collection rep was so helpfully in getting my bill paid.

Top Notch Professionals, Excellent Customer Service, Fast Responses, 100% Satisfied, this was my 3rd MRI 2 from other centers.Valley Radiology was the absolute best.

They were very helpful and professional. The office was very nice and clean! Regarding the above comment about waiting for the authorization, we had the same problem but it is totally the insurance company that makes you wait.

It takes 20+ minutes to get through to the receptionist to schedule an appointment. Not knowledgeable about insurance co-pays, made me pay $250 when it should have been $0. Not courteous! Better find a different radiology center.

Useless inept people in scheduling and authorization depts. Not sure which location handles that. Ive had been trying to schedule an MRI for about 6 weeks after my doctor sent the order, yet they say insurance authorization only takes 4 days.. so whats the hold up!!Sick of waiting, in pain, listening to their lame excuses. Oh and they dont make outbound phone calls!! Great service guys. Ive asked my doctor to refer me to another place as this is completely and utterly rediculous.Ok update after doing the leg work (calling insurance company, referring physician, etc.) and calling valley rad. about 7 times Im authorized to get my MRI. They told me to arrive 30 minutes early.. waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time now. I hope they do a better job w the MRI than the scheduling.. They do not seem to know whats going on. Keeping calling names in the waiting room for people who arent here. My confidence level certainly isnt high at the moment, especially after seeing some other reviews.

The women that does the mammograms is amazing. Kind and helpfull, very knowledgeable.

I will not recommend this place to anyone. Their staff and the lady does the ultrasound janifer is not helpful. Try to find different place to go if you guys need to go for ultrasound.
