This place SUCKS...spent today on the phone calling their toll free number and the store number sais open till 7pm.Get here the people say we are booked with appointments wth.? Isnt it minute clinic they said I could go to another close minute clinic Escondido Solana Beach or rancho Santa fe. What a joke.... dont waste your time here. Save your time and gas.

My visit here was amazing! When I got there, I was greeted and assisted with my check-in. The wait time was faster then I thought it would be and Cassy was extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely go back to this location. Thank you all so much! -Jasmine :)

I’ve been coming here for 3 years. All minor issues typically. I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences until today. I’m not one to typically leave bad reviews unless I’m financially affected. However, the nurse who saw me this morning 3/14/21 10am has no business working any customer facing position. Unfortunately I’ll be taking my services elsewhere.

I set an appointment on line for a flu shot and when I arrived neither the minute clinic nor the pharmacy had any idea what was going on.I myself am a healthcare provider; this place is unorganized, dirty and the staff seem as though they could care less. The health department should shut this place down.On top of that they are giving shots out in the open and had the nerve to mention privacy concerns.Do yourself a favor avoid this place and utilize your primary care provider if possible.

I will never use a CVS Minute Clinic again. The amount of time spent waiting; being bounced back and forth between locations; and the headache involved for a simple wellness screening was absolutely unacceptable. Approximately 4+ hours of wait time even after arranging time online in advance. I used the service for what I thought would be quick and convenient, and it absolutely was not.

I do not recommend this clinic! We are new to the area. Moved from east coast and did not have any doctors set up when my daughter became ill. I took my daughter there to be told she had allergies. We were in the pediatricians office a few days later and on an antibiotic. I politely challenged this practitioner on her assessment. She assured me it was common for people who move to the area. The inhaler alone cost $50 and was a waste! Is the purpose to feed the cvs pharmacy?My only positive - we arrived at the end of the lunch break and were seen immediately. This was a plus because my daughter was feeling bad.

I waited to be seen and was prescribed medication to which I ended up having an allergic reaction. I went back in and was told I would have to wait again behind about 10 people before she would even tell me whether or not to discontinue the medication. The wait times are extremely long and as a patient that was afraid of what was happening to my body I didnt appreciate being told I would have to wait 2+ hours for a little information, when I had already waited my turn. Do yourself a favor and go to a legitimate urgent care.

They sent out a sample of mine after I told them not to and received a $300 dollar bill in the mail. On top that when I called the company and asked what my results were they told me I could only get the information from the doctor. I called multiple time asking what my results were and why they sent out my sample without my consent. I was hung up on and never given the information. Pretty upset because Im out $300 and got nothing from it

They tried to charge $69 for a sports physical that is done by Nures Assistant wouldn’t recommend this place
