If I could give a 0-stars rating I would. Lots of promises, no delivery, no care in the world that your loved one isn’t getting the services that Medicare is paying Pacific Point to provide. They don’t have enough employees to deliver. Would advise to go elsewhere.

I was fortunate enough to have chosen Pacific Point hospice care for my mother. The care I received was above and beyond anything I thought possible. The in home health Care from Edith, the clergy, Edwin, Jenny the Social Worker, and Shawn, my case manager. Shawn was my nurse as well, he was with me every step of the way and was more than I could have hoped for. His professionalism, compassion, experience, and strength kept me calm. His ability and concern was touching, surprising and comforting to me and my family. His calming control made the journey for my mom and myself a beautiful experience. I can honestly say I love him for what he did. When my mom passed he was there helping, making calls and taking the pressure away from me. He is a gift, really. He honors the company he works for.

I recommend this company. Truly looking after the patients, medical staff always well train, and a staff that goes above and beyond to help the people they care off.
