Best pharmacy in town. Walgreens and Walmart are a mess! Never get your meds from there unless you want to wait forever.

My aunt was dropped as a client, because We barely break even on your medication. She has great insurance and they have paid on time, everytime. She was with them for 25 years. Horrible company.

I decided to transfer my medicine to this local pharmacy and gosh am I glad I did! They had the transfer in 24 hours and filled and ready to go?!!!! Holly cow is this how a business should be ran? Yes! It was so nice to interact with pleasant people that actually care! I have only picked up once so far but my gosh am I pleasantly surprised at the customer service here and how fast they move! I have been having terrible experiences with Walgreens and cvs trying to fill my prescription on time. Something was always an issue even though I had prescriptions for the medicine. The customer service was terrible at both I can’t say enough terrible things about them both. So glad I changed!

Always have a great experience here. Like any other pharmacy, they have their busy days and they have their slow days. But the staff has always been very attentive. I will always choose Southwest.

I used to go to a large chain for our needs but after some bad exp. listened to friends and moved to SW Ill never switch again. My rxs are always filled very fast and the staff are wonderful. My dog gets a treat at the drive thru and they know my car and are ready when I get to the window. This is one of those cases where you just cant beat the local advantage.
