If I could just put zero I would she was very unprofessional and rude. For seeing her for the first time here in Carlsbad she did not give me the name of her office and/or address she just said it was located infront of the hospital between Allsups and McDonalds. Office is located next to McDonalds across from the mall NOT Across the Hospital as she has stated. I also called her before my appointment to get a more accurate location so that I wouldnt be late but she didnt answer.
