Excellent experience. Very friendly/helpful staff, efficient check-in process, and great doctor. I was a bit worried about going here because of the negative reviews, but I could not have been happier. Super clean also.

Crystal has always taken care of me, anything I have had a problem with, she has dealt with it immediately, even if I didnt want to 😂 👍

I have never had the kind of care I get from Crystal, the nurses, the medical assistants and all of the office staff. Classy, top notch and amazing! Thank you to all of you!

Terrible experience, Id even go so far as to saying the worst experience with anyone in the medical industry my entire life and Ive seen doctors while living in other countries. Doctor was unsure of herself reading test results, she asked someone else to take a look, both of them were out to lunch......so even though she was unsure instead of waiting decided the test was positive which of course incurred more cost. Appears money matters more than care.

Went in with a very bad cold/chest/throat issue that hadnt gone away after a few days (I was ready to die). The counter staff was friendly and the nurses in the back were very cheery and tried to make me comfortable. I was in and out in 1 hour 10 minutes (Really good for a walk in).My two complaints are: 1- Is while the doc was seeing me another nurse came and knocked and interrupted to give results or ask questions for other cases. I was not very happy about it but if that is how they keep it quick for patients I can deal with it.2- very small waiting room and some of the chairs are worn out bad. I was very sick and being cramped in a small room was not helpful.But I still was impressed with the little over an hour total time and friendly staff

Crystal is always friendly and very good at working with m family which ranges from elderly to disabilities. Each person feels the personal touch and care.

I am visiting from out of town and needed to be seen. I went to the clinic, wait time was less thank thirty minutes. Loved that!The health care provider, Marshall, was very attentive and did not seem rushed at all. I appreciated the staff and the kindness shown. Made feeling bad not so bad.

When you get your results in they never call you or take forever to answer your call..had strep one time..they called to late wouldnt prescribe me anything and when they finally called I was already over it then asked if. Wanted medicine..also you can call at all hours and the nurse wont answer and if you call to many times they reject your call..worst place ever dont waste your time on them.

I feel like getting my healthcare here has become a competition. Healthy beats is a scam. Try to get In for the follow up,cant schedule appointment and when I go in Im told the quota max of 5 for the day has been reached. MY HEALTHCARE SHOULD NOT BE A COMPETITION. I think Im going to find another DR and have my records transferred. Also be contacting my insurance company about the quality of care recieved here. Ill be taking my entire family with me when I change providers. I liked Crystal, but the way the office is ran isnt working for me.

Chrystal Mullens is the Best Physician Ever. Her Staff in front is what the problem is. They are Rude Unkind And Disrespectful. They have no respect or consideration for the Elder ,Very Hateful people. Ive seen it first hand. Which is so sad because Mrs.Mullens and Mrs.Lee are the most kind and most Wonderful people you will ever meet.Great Doctors..

The Staff is friendly & professional, Crystal one of the nurse practitioners is very kind & knowledgeable. Tes, its a walk in clinic, and sometimes the wait is long, but other times it moves quickly.

Totally disappointed in the communication of the staff. Completely out of meds... plenty of refill time given... but no one bothers to let me know that the provider is no longer there. No meds, but they want me to come in for a blood test that will not even be accurate because of the lack of meds prior to the bloodwork.

The service is really convenient and the staff very friendly. Everyone that works there seem to enjoy their jobs.

I LOVE Dr. Mullins she is wonderful. However you should seriously rethink your front office staff. The last two times I visited your office they were bwyond rude. They have absolutely NO customer service skills. Yesterday my husband and I just walked out and came to the Urgent Care instead. I had something very serious wrong with me and had to make an additional trip to be treated because of the unprofessionalism.

We went to take my son who is sick and because hes a new patient he lost his place in line while I finished his paperwork in 2 minutes. People who had come in 30 minutes after we had arrived were being seen leaving after us. When I went to inquire how much longer there was 3 people ahead of us. Thats extremely unprofessional.

Staff is incompetent. Cant bill to the correct insurance company and take out their frustration with patients rather than listening to them. Place has gone down hill over the past year. Avoid this place!
