Dr. Kelly and his staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating of my somewhat last-minute request for help regarding my chronic neck pain. The diagnosis was quick, and Dr. Kelly explained my condition clearly while providing reasonable treatment options. The office staff were also very courteous and professional, and always called me back when promised. Couldnt be happier with my experience!

I can’t say enough positive things about this practice. I hurt myself in the ocean while on vacation in Carlsbad, and before I traveled back to the east coast, I wanted to make sure I didn’t do any real damage to my shoulder/arm.From the front desk woman, to the X-ray technician, to Dr. Kelly- they were all so warm, very thorough and extremely professional. I highly recommend!

Dr Kelly is amazing. Former Navy Dr who is so knowledgeable. Had surgery on my heel and its never felt better. Staff is very friendly and helpful with everything I needed for disability insurance. THE BEST. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kelly. He is a competent and compassionate surgeon who made me feel that I was receiving top notch care through my surgery for a complex foot fracture. He has a great bedside manner and answered all of my questions. Even as a new patient he quickly worked me into a busy schedule so that my broken foot would be fixed as soon as possible. And when there was an issue with my prescription for pain medication after surgery, he personally went to the pharmacy on a Saturday morning to take care of it, which makes him not just an outstanding surgeon, but an amazing person in my book! Through the whole process I felt he was going above and beyond for me in ways that you dont often see anymore. Dr. Kelly is highly recommended.

Dr. Kelly is Patient oriented and a very smart surgeon. Dr. Kelly took his time and explained my injury and surgical options for my complicated knee injury. He made me feel informed and confident in the treatment path for my injury. It was nice to find a good surgeon who is able to have full conversation with me and was willing to answer every question I had.

Dr.Kelly has no bedside manner and brought me to tears. He has no compassion and would not help me with my pain after fracturing 4 ribs and my thumb in a horrible car accident. He actually hung up with me on the phone because he is so rude. His office staff is excellent but Dr.Kelly left me in severe pain and told me to go to the ER with something he should be helping me with. If your looking for a kind mannered physician that will take care of your overall well being do not go to Dr.Kelly.

Couldnt do what I needed done at this office so I had to go to his other office. Basically appointment was wasted and had to use more of my time to make it to another appointment at a further office. Its like a sub-office without many resources.
