She did not show up to the appointment. I would understand if she contacted me and canceled even on the day of the appointment, but she just didnt show up or contact me. I never heard of a business doing this to their customers before. She did good work on my hair once but its not worth the risk of showing up to your appointment and finding out that she is not there. I wasted an hour waiting for her to not show up

It is hard to find anyone in this town to be able to work with my type of hair but this lady is amazing she does my hair just the way i want and need it done.

Temecula and Murrieta finally has a Black Hair Salon that once you have an experience with Patrice you will never commute for fabulous hair or settle for so-so hair. I met and had my hair done by Patrice 8 plus years ago in Oceanside,CA. Recently I saw her familiar face while shopping and learned that she is now in Temecula off of & 79 and providing all of her stylish,up to date amazing flair in our town. She is professional,understand your needs,consultative and worth every minute even if you are just popping by to say hello.her calendar is available on-line and she is the epitome of professionalism. I am too happy to endorse her work and look forward to every visit. See you there....

If I could give 0 stars I would. This lady may or may not know how to do hair. I didnt find out because of her unprofessionalism. My appointment was for 11:30 (which by the way was for my Marine Corps Ball - something we cant be late to). I get there early, but around 11:30 get a text from her saying she is running behind - can I do noon? I told her thats fine. I shopped until noon to kill time. Her reasoning was shes coming from Temecula. Noon rolls around. Nothing. I talk to other salon professionals in the building and they let me know this is just how she operates. Late or no show at all. So my mind goes from things sometimes happen to youre just very unprofessional and dont value peoples time. Around 12:10 I text her to see if shes close. She claims shes exactly 5 minutes away. 5 minutes meant another 25! She didnt arrive until after 12:30 and had the nerve to try to call me on my attitude. As if I shouldnt have had one! You arrive a whole hour later than my appointment time, lie about how far away you are, and act unapologetic and like youre doing me a favor by being there?! HAHAHA! Then the excuse became someone got admitted to the hospital. If that were the case, she would have said that in the beginning. Long story short I walked out and she never did my hair. Luckily, another MORE PROFESSIONAL salon owner found somewhere else for me to go and I ended up looking and feeling beautiful. If you have nothing to do but waste time - I guess I recommend her. But if you have somewhere to be -STAY FAR AWAY! Your time is not important to her.

Patrices Hair Studio did a beautiful job on my nieces hair. Good hair dressers are hard to find, but now I have Patrice to be thankful for!
