Laura consistently gets my color right. Other places Ive been to, Ive had to go back and have them, or another stylist redo it. She understands my hair goals!

It’s alright. Super old nail polish and smallish selection. Nail tech is not top skilled but is extremely nice and very gentle. Nice place to chill out, and cool bookstore next door. Clean bathroom in the building.

I don’t get manicures done often, but I came here to treat myself. I was kind of surprised by the experience... I was able to get in right away without making an appointment, and everyone was very nice and the place was clean and calm. The prices were also very reasonable! My reason for giving 2 stars is because it’s only been 2 days and every single one of my nails has chipped already! I’ve never had them chip so quickly, and now I’m wishing I would have just done them myself. I paid for the more expensive package, which involved her putting a sugar scrub type thing all over my ENTIRE arms and then wrapping my arms in hot towels like a mummy. LOL. Then they put my hands into bags of warm/hot wax and let them sit for a minute. It wasn’t exactly what I was expecting but maybe that’s how it is in California?? I also wish the hand massage would have been better because she hardly gave one at all. Everyone getting pedicures seemed very happy though so I will have to try that next time..?

First pedicure today. It was a great experience. A lot of detailed work and she spent almost 45 minutes on me. They don’t do acrylics here so there’s no chemicals or fumes like a lot of salons. Great experience. Thanks ladies!

Tiffany is amazing. Best quality manicure and pedicure that I have received. She is a master of her craft and its apparent that she loves what she does. The salon is conveniently located in Carlsbad Village, just off Coast Highway, and has plenty of parking next to the book shop. Super clean salon and good vibe. Would highly recommend Tiffany for superior nail services.

Absolutely lovely. The pedicure I got was the best I’ve ever had - no rush, just pure relaxation and the environment is clean and soothing as well. This will be my new treat to myself, so so glad I chose this place!

I’ve been going here for years. They do the best manicures and pedicures of any place I’ve been. It doesn’t feel like you are on an assembly line where the manicurist is trying to get you out of there as quickly as possible. This salon takes pride in their work.

I just moved to the area and decided to try Carlsbad Salon District for a gel manicure & pedicure. The customer service here is excellent. They want their clients to be happy so they will return. My gel nail polish chipped after a couple of days and the ladies at the Salon gladly told me to return to the salon so they could repair the chipped nails free of charge. When I returned to get my nails repaired, staff was very cordial and wanted to be sure I was happy with the repair. I will return for future services as customer service is a very important role in any business! Thank you!

Staff is friendly and attentive. They always do a great job with our pedicures.

The ladies were all really nice and took their time with our mani-pedi without rushing us out the door, making sure everything was done thoroughly and completely until the nails were fully dry. My friend brought her 5 month old in, and the ladies thoughtfully worked around her having to hold the baby. When it was time to dry her nails, one of the ladies held and played with the baby until my friends nails were done, and she did a really good job keeping the baby happy and entertained, too! We were very impressed and felt thoroughly pampered.

Plenty of parking in the area, many places are dog friendly. Wide variety of places to choose from for food and drinks.

Very first pedicure, fantastic experience! My feet have never looked better!

I dont normally get pedicures but I wanted to go in to get my feet pumiced and exfoliated. First the technician charged me $8 extra to get the gel polish off my toes which consisted of her putting acetone soaked cotton and foil on them for 5mins and easily scraping it off. It doesnt seem much more difficult than taking regular polish off someones toes. During the pedicure she didnt pumice my feet or exfoliate them in any way which is the only reason I went there paying a premium for something I can easily do myself. The pedicure was extremely underwhelming. The polish is uneven and on my skin.Then when I left the technician checked me out and asked me how much I wanted to add for a tip twice to my face. I wasnt going to give any tip because I thought the $8 extra for taking off my polish was enough. I told her I would give her a tip when she brought my money back to me. I gave her $2 just to be polite but I shouldnt have given any. In the end it was $32 for the most basic pedicure l have ever received. Also if you want to pay with a card its $1.50 extra. I do not recommend getting a service here.
