What an experience!!! This place is clean and all the working ladies and dentist are amazing ! I was the worst patient 😂 and they had the most patience with me had me smiling the whole time . They took the time to break down my treatment plan and also explain in detail what I needed to do to be able to get the best care for my teeth. I recommend this dental office with 10 stars if I could thankyou for an awesome experience and I will be back soon !

Didnt even get to try them out! Tyring to set up an appointment went south real quick. My first impression with the lady on the phone (08/20/21) was horrible. It was as though she didnt want to take on the new business. Lost 9 potential customers because of it.

Had two crowns replaced. My first time ever calling a dental appointment a pleasant experience. Highly recommended. 5 Stars.I love the staff and their professionalism. However they need to improve on managing patient expectations. Today I sat in the chair for 2 hours and 12 minutes to receive under 4 minutes of doctors time. I spent 45 minutes without anyone even checking on me. Unfortunately I will not return.

Kristy done my cleaning and Dr. Fano did my exam. Everyone there is so wonderful and welcoming. I have had a horrible experience with a dentist office and they made me a believer again. I will be forever greatful to everyone at Pine Island Dental.

I just went to Pine Island Dental yesterday and had the pleasure of being seen by Bonni and Dr. Jon. Everyone was kind, professional, and very welcoming. I really like Bonni though; she was marvelous!

I was very disappointed in this place. I made an appointment for my husband to get his teeth cleaned before a major surgery. They quoted me $59.99 new patient price. Upon his arrival, They found several problems. They said he had an infection. They gave him 4 antibiotic shots at $45 a piece. Then they proceeded to tell him other things he needed. The bill racked up to over $300. However, we were only prepared to pay for the initial quote of $59.99. We asked if they could bill us for the unpaid portion. We made a promise to come back and pay the balance when we received the bill. They agreed. My husband said he saw them make a copy of his debit card. They didn’t ask and he didn’t approve. When he got home, he told me about it. I immediately told him to cancel his card. Sure enough, a few days later, they tried to charge his card for the balance. They called and said the payment didn’t go through. Well we didn’t approve of that payment. We asked for them to send a bill as they had agreed upon prior. Once the we received the bill, we paid the balance. Didn’t appreciate them copying our debit card without our consent. I believe that’s against the law!! We WILL NOT be going back.

Since my first interaction with calling the office to ask a few questions before I scheduled my first appointment, until the time I left the office after my first visit, every staff member was extremely courteous, professional, friendly and warm!!! You can tell they genuinely seem to care about you and not just your wallet!! I have never had such a wonderful experience worth a dental team before!!I waited to write this review until after I had my follow up visit, so I can make sure it wasn’t just a one time thing!! I can happily say that even after my second visit, I still feel the same way!! I believe everyone should call the office and book an appointment with Dr. Gesicki!!!

Pine Island Dental have been my choice since January after an intense search for my problem with my tooth. They couldnt treated me better, they have solved 90% of my issues in a very short period of time, kind, quick, affordable prices, choices to pay, credit facilities , Im very satisfied with all the staff.... I was in pain and I needed a dentist NOW. They got me in within 2 hours of my calling. I have since been back for several procedures - no complaints whatsoever! These folks are kind & compassionate. Top notch, state of the art equipment. If I have to go to the dentist, I am so happy I found this Office. I never in my life thought I would rave about a dentist & his entire staff. Dr. Heredia is amazing and I recommend him to everyone who asks me about a dentist. I must give a special shout-out to his assistant, Lilly, as well. I could go on, but you get it.....take those negative reviews with a grain of salt.(I am sure there is more to those stories!) Make sure to ask about their first-time patient Special!

They took me on an emergency, worked through their lunch.Very friendly and concerned about my comfort also very little pain and prompt service. Would definitely recommend them...

If I could give them six stars I would! Dr. Jon was my dentist and Karen his assistant. I had spent the better part of my day trying to get a tooth extracted. After no success, I made one last effort and called Pine Island Dental after speaking with Kendel about how much discomfort I was in she had me come right in immediately.I was greeted by friendly and professional staff. I was not kept waiting long either, even though I was a walk-in client. Karen then took my x-rays as needed for the problem area. She informed me of the costs upfront and was very clear on everything. Dr. Jon had then stepped in to meet with me. I was resigned that I was likely going to have to come back the next day or even a few days later, because no one down here seemed to do anything the same day. I was wrong!! He said lets get this done today!He explained the process and what was going to happen very clearly. Both him and Karen made me feel extremely comfortable with the whole process.1000% would recommend them to friends and family, and actually I already have.

My experience in this place was amazing since I call to make the appointment until I left. It’s a beautiful place you don’t think you are in a dentist it looks like a hotel what give you a lot of confidence at least for me because I used to hate the dentist. About the staffing everyone super kind and professional. The ladies in the front desk, the assistant, the hygienist and the doctor everyone super dedicated and everyone knows what they are doing. Dr. Abelardo Heredia he is amazing, professional, super smart and super kind he is one of the best doctors I have ever meet. I recommend this place and the doctor 100%

I had the best cleaning ever here at this Dentist .Markel was very attentive to my dental implants and took his time and was very patient with me.I definately recommend this practice!

Asked for a cap to have permanent adhesive and they used temporary adhesive. It came out on the way home. Over charged , under performed. Wouldnt send my worst enemy there. The receptionist was nice.

Dr.Heredia is an excellent dentist. I cant say enough positive things about him and his staff! They are very professional, yet personable and really care about my dental health and care. Working with Dr.Heredia and his staff is always a pleasant experience. They are great great about working with my busy schedule and they always follow up with sincerity and thoughtfulness after my procedures. I greatly recommend pine Island DentalCare and Dr.Heredia!

SCAM ALERT!!!! This dentist spent two hours taking photos of my teeth with his Invisalign camera and gave me the shortest cleaning of my life. He told me I need Invisalign that costs thousands of dollars or all of my teeth would fall out and I would get Periodontal disease. HE told me I needed a crown but not a root canal. I know thats not accurate and Im not even a dentist! Then when I asked to get my records sent to a more legit doctor, they gave me a hard time. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST. He is.a con artist and doesnt know what he is doing.

$1300 dollars for a 40 minute cleaning

I am super happy to have chosen this wonderful center a very clean place where it does not seem that you are in a dentist. Dr. Abelardo Heredia is very professional, he knows very well what he does, a doctor with a lot of experience gives you confidence and leaves fear behind. I am very happy with everyone from the girls at the front desk, the Dental Assistant, the hygienists all very attentive and professional and good with my new smile.
