I have been here many times and they do a really terrible job if you show them a photo of the nails you want they will do the opposite of what you showed them honestly if you want good nails in cape go to signature nails

Ive been here a few times now before and after this pandemic started. They are clean and nice. I wish they knew how to do designs on toes or designs at all. They need more jazz on the nail game.

Was having my nails done I started with one person then finished up with another then I said I wanted to wait because they were busy I don’t work I’ll come back another time you talk me into a pedicure the worst pedicure I’ve ever had I started out with one person and ended with another person so four people in the shop everybody to turn on my nails it was horrible I went back she said come back will fix it I sat in the chair they rub lotion on the bottom of my feet and said you’re good to go I will never spend another penny in that shop

Terrible. i decided to try a new place because they were cheaper. i selected my color i wanted for a full set and when the guy was painting my nails i realized it was a totally different color that was ugly and i said something and he completely ignored me. my nails fell off after 1 week and usually they last between 2-3 weeks for me. i asked for coffin shaped and it came out more square and when i asked if he could change it he again ignored me. the guy never put a top coat on and the gel started chipping after 3 days. and when i got my toes done i started bleeding because the lady made my nails so short and she wouldn’t stop cutting. the place didn’t smell the best either. yes they were cheaper then some places i went to but you get what you paid for, and i paid for scum.

I love this place. They are up with the new ideas that come out and usually not too busy. They do a good job.

Dad always does a great pedi, but for some time now theyve beem rushing on the manicures especially the first table on the right. After polish she cleams off the excess paint with her finger instead of a brush with acetone, and does not do a good job. Even when the store is not full this happems. With gel polish they usually paint my skin and the gel starts to lift in a few days. The last timr I had a manicure, the nail polish wemt on bumpy showing small bubbles as it dried, when I pointed it out she just put more polish over which did not fix the problem. I had to have my nails re-done two days later at another shop. I expect a professional look when Im paying for a professional job or I might as well stay home and do my own nails.

I will never go again !!!!! I paid for a tanning service and she didnt stand by it.Three month of tanning for $ and after a month and a half she said I have to pay more money. BAD BUSINESS !! She said she takes appointments and then she doesnt. She did this once before to me and I let it slide. The place is close to home .Ive been going here for a while ( 2 years, it was convenient ).Always had a small problem here and there but we worked it out. I WILL looking for better service elsewhere. We need better service in Cape Coral , but this is not the place.

1/2 a star wont show up....After 8 years of being a faithful customer, the past few weeks have been horrible. I continued to go even though they are over priced respectfully, but they have been rushing and not doing a good job. My fake eyelashes started to fall off after a few days and they will not replace them, I gave a $5 tip on a $6 dollar waxing only to get home and realize how horrible of a job they did and several other tiny mishaps. Maybe they are having a bad month, but they lost a good tipping customer today. WARNING:THEY WILL CHARGE YOU IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE! Im telling all family and friends that go there.

I like their pedicures. I usually get the #3. Phillip is good and my pedi usually lasts more than an hour. Close to home too!

Really like this place. Not overly busy with long waits. Service is friendly, Not had an issue once with getting my fingers bit (we all know how painful that is ). Place is clean and lots of choices! Try them you will like them! Also they open at 9:30 which is not listed on this site.

I have been coming here for years but the new guy they hired is horrible! Wouldn’t stop globbing the acrylic on my nails and they are so thick. Every time he would cut me I would pull away and say ow and he would tell me to hold on and continue with the drill where he was cutting me! I was so shocked when he said this I didn’t even know what to do. This is the worst my nails have ever looked. I will be taking them off as soon as my nail beds stop throbbing.

If I could post 0 stars I would . I went and got a full set and a day later the gel polish chipped and the nails were so uneven . A week later I saw something nasty under my nails and I took all of them off and I had FUNGUS UNDER ALL OF THEM. !!!!! I am a lisensed nail technician in Florida and I would never go here again . When I took my nails off I drilled them off and the odor was HORIBBLE ! Which means the products are not good quality . I would not recommend this place to anyone .

$22 to wash my 10 yo feet they are highway robbery but it was very empty so Im happy for not having to wait... they prices wow $$$ $45 for chrome
