The woman was very thoughtful and kind who was running/owned the facility. She was very polite and friendly. God bless her.

I have had many drug screens in the past 10 years for work so I have a general expectation of how this should go. This place is nothing like anywhere else I have been. First, the location looks like a place you might purchase drugs rather than be tested. The building needs work. Walking into the office you are not greeted and they really dont want you there. You are expected to read the 20 or more signs on the wall and figure out your next move. Suggest you do not ask for instruction. If you so much as stand in the wrong location you will be scolded and commanded like a dog to get in the right place and with a very condescending attitude have all the things youve done wrong vocalized. Worst and most unprofessional experience Ive had for a DS.Although I do not choose the location of the test, If you are a company sending perspective employees here, please considerer the Merritt Island facility. I would gladly drive the extra to avoid this place. The gal that does the testing either hates her job or people or both and she makes it very clear. Until I received my results, I questioned the integrity of testing in this location as the sample may be tampered with out of spite.

The bad reviews are spot on! I thought, seriously, how hard can it be to maintain civility for 10 minutes?Quite possible these people do some drugs themselves.She literally yelled at me to stop ringing the bell so many times after a rang it once.Very strange place! Avoid.

I have a shy bladder and they were very accommodating. They treat me like a human being and with respect. They are good people, I highly recommend going to them for any type of testing.

Love this place! Nicely decorated which makes it calming! Ann always made me feel like a human being not a criminal or a dollar sign! Very professional! Efficient! I saw some of the bad reviews on here and I have to wonder how many of them tried to cheat the test! Never had a bad experience on the phone or in person! Wish I could give 10 stars!

Business hours online and on the door say it opens at 8am. I arrived at 8:20am but the door was locked. Someone else that was waiting in their car said they called and the woman said she wouldnt be there until 9am.

I have been going to this facility for years, for my randoms. The staff has always been very pleasant. As to them being stern, yes in a sense. They follow all of the rules for drug testing. But they go out of their way to treat people with kindness and respect. The clinic is always clean. The decorations are very calming. It is a really nice and comfortable place to go. If someone is not happy there it is most likely that they were trying to cheat the test and got caught. There are also signs telling people that if you are not there for a test please wait outside, but I guess there are some really ignorant people who cant read.

Amazing facility and amazing wonderful caring and professional people who run it. They are always polite, friendly, and nothing but accommodating. If anyone says otherwise they are looking for a reason to complain. Would never go anywhere else for these services. Cannot say enough good things about the office/owners/staff.

People who dont know how to read or follow directions may have issues here. As they should, the team takes their job very seriously and do a great job. I found them friendly and efficient. No smells, no gross fish tanks, and maybe a five minute wait. I had brought along a book to read but had no need for it... Thanks, and I will choose you again when I need your services... :-)

The owner tries very hard to keep this location homey and comfortable feeling. Annemarie runs the place and she is always accommodating and professional.. The negative reviews must have been left by people who failed their tests and wanted to take it out on somebody other than themselves. I never wait very long and I have access to my results quickly. I definitely recommend this facility, but just be aware that they have relocated to Cocoa Beach at 160 center st. You can enter from the bottom floor on the left side of the building, it is the entrance that is farthest to the west.

This facility is the one I use solely for the staff! The past few years I have utilized them due to preemployment screens. I even followed them when they moved from their previous location to the one now located on Center St, Although there were facilities I could have chosen much closer to me, there was no way Id want to be anyplace else nor with any other staff. The gentleman is kind with a wonderful sense of humor and I believe it to be his wife working along side of him. She is truly one of the kindest, sweetest and most professional woman in her field, I have never felt less than in their presence. As a matter of fact they make you feel very comfortable. I do consider this amazing woman running this facility my friend and I place complete trust in her. Her and her family suffered a most tragic loss not too long ago and she never ever waivered from her pleasant, upbeat, and professionalism. This woman has shown compassion for others when it was she who needed and deserved it most! After my tests I talked with her about her family devastation and let her know I cared and still do. Sometimes people who are good people whom bad things happen to need others and I will forever be there for her as she deserves the kindness and compassion she gives to others to be shown to her as well. Some people only care about themselves; she is definitely not such a person and thankfully nor am I. She helped me in providing services in a gentle caring manner and Id like to think I helped her during an extremely difficult time which will be with her forever. So if you get lucky enough to meet these two wonderful people running this, their business, try to be kind as you never ever realize what others are going through. I am happy I took the time to care and become this wonderful ladys friend. As long as this business is around with this husband and wife team I will never go anyplace else as they are the best facility and truly the best people. Woman dressed in casual clothing peaks into the strange thrift store style waiting room and asks what/who I was here for. Me being slightly hard of hearing replied Im here about a drug test she very rudley remarked thats all I do are drug tests.. Then disappeared. very mean spirited bitter old woman. By the way, I passed my urine test obviously.

Absolutely the worst experience ive ever had in my LIFE!! The owner and her son were furious that i came in 20 minutes before they closed, and made that very clear to me. I was talked down to, ordered around like a dog by who i think is her son, they raised their voices at me, and i was made to feel awful. Not that i needed to, but i tried to explain that i have 3 children, and couldnt find a sitter, apologizing profusely. I was scoffed at like a child. The son then rudely barked at me when i tried to get up to get some water while waiting, saying, No, you can sit right there until were ready for you. The whole experience left me feeling stupid and 3 inches tall. Ill be telling my new employer about my experience in the hopes that theyll finally drop whatever contract they have with these people, because talking to my fellow employees it seems this has been going on for a pretty long time. Ill also be giving my review to the BBB. If you are given a choice on where to go for your test, do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. Oh, but the younger girl in there, i believe her daughter, was very nice, and kept apologizing for her mothers behavior. She should be running that place in my opinion.

Absolutely the least professional place Ive ever been to no uniforms No Scrubs dudes wearing a cut-off t-shirt walk around in shorts and flip-flops in a building that looks like its somebodys apartment and the decor that looks like its from I dont know what I got damn trailer

Super nice people i dont know what sup with these other review but i have had nothing but good experiences with this company in my drug testing requirements for probation . better than the rest of the locations that brevard county sends you to. They see ya as person, not money or an inconvenience. Ann is a great person Very friendly . i would highly recommend to any one.

I came here years back, and it wasnt terrible that time, but my latest experience was awful. The lady who helped me was insanely rude. I had a text with a barcode for what I needed done, and she groaned and moaned loudly while going on a tirade that she cant fax a phone. I apologized and explained that the email I received stated it could also be sent via text. Once she got done complaing, she rudely asked for my license and began to storm off to another room. I began to wonder if she was just having a bad day, said wow because I was in shock at how miserable she seemed, and she said dont get an attitude with me. I said I have no problems, just need the test, and that ended our convo. Once she got the paper, she brought me to a room where I had to lock up my stuff. She was putting a cut up license in an enevlope and jokingly said I cut it up because I dont like you. Then she explained someone left it there earlier, she cut it up because he had been rude, and she got joy out of his face when he came back asking for it. I guess she just has it out for other human beings? I feel really terrible for her because she was just so miserable for no reason and thats not a healthy way to live. Also, the place reeks of cigs.

Dont you think it odd that almost all of you are FACEBOOK friends. That Mr. Jenkins got hired in 2012 and had a test in a brand new office., and never said a word at the time of his test, about being dissatisfied, How about Bryan Guzman, who by the way is in Hawaii, working as a pizza delivery person. Or Tyshon Britt who works for a company in Melbourne. Well Olivia Exline how does it feel to have power over your friends at the expense of others. I am really boggled as to how someone who has not been in an office and lives other places can give a report in the last week.Just remember KARMA

Sketchy building, the staff smells and looks like they need drug testing. They are unprofessional and gossip to clients about drama inside their workplace. And on the phone they talk to you like youre stupid and wasting their time. I guess we are wasting their time with our business.
