I definitely recommend this place . They are highly professional . Erica was very patient and friendly to explained me about the procedure for what the called “shy bladder”. She use her own lunch break to wait for me to finish my drug test. Employees who go the extra mile at their job, I believe they need recognition.

Hats off to Coastal Drug Testing and their Cape Canaveral Manager John for responding to our companys USCG post accident drug test this morning. Their response in getting to our employee was prompt and I am so pleased that they have opened an office in Port Canaveral. I only wish that I had known my employee needed an I.D. which caused a little delay. All of our boats will be using this company from now on.

Needed to find a third party drug testing company, I talked to Stephanie on the phone and she has been amazing and beyond helpful, my boyfriends job causes him to be all over the place which isnt very convenient when having to take a random drug test, I call and tell her the zipcode where he is and she makes sure its all taken care of! I would give Stephanie ten stars if I could!!!

Today is the first time I went here for my probation drug test, only waited 5 min and the young lady was very nice, I used to go to another testing place at the port, hated it, nasty lady and the place was dirty. This place Coastal is convenient and is open late.
