I received excellent service from these people. They were courteous, professional, friendly and very competent. I can see better than I have in decades! The operation and recovery were painless (except when they inserted the iv in my arm, but even that wasnt bad). The only side effects were a slight dry eye feeling on the day of the operation that was taken care of by eye drops and gone by the next morning.

Marietta Eye Clinic is the best!!! I have been a patient at the clinic for a couple of years now and I wouldnt want to go anywhere else for my treatments. They are all so very nice and so very professional. They have many locations to assist you and I have been treated at a couple of them and got the same great treatment at each one. The Doctors are all up to date on the newest treatments and ways to help you with whatever your case may be. They really listen to you about your case and get the best treatment for you as soon as possible. Great Doctors, Nurses and Staff.

I just started using Marietta eye clinic this year. It has been a great experience. Dr Wilkins preformed my cataract surgery in both eyes and the experience has been wonderful. He is a great surgeon with a great bed-side manner. He explained the whole procedure in the beginning and through it all kept explaining things and asking if i had any questions. The staff has been so friendly and helpful. I couldn’t ask for better care!

Dont wait to book your appt: theyre busy because theyre exceptionally good! Courtesy and skill start at the front desk; they make the ordinarily tedious registration process fast and painless! The techs who do your basic tests are friendly, highly skilled and efficient. While they have excellent optometrists on staff, I felt it was time to see an M.D., an ophthalmologist. He was great: listened to my questions, offered honest, straightforward and knowledgeable answers. My entire experience was comfortable, reassuring, positive. This is a very fine practice.

Dr. Justin Wilkin performed cataract surgery on both eyes in August, 2021. Following a thorough consultation I opted for the laser-assisted procedure. The entire process from start to finish went beautifully. I am enjoying terrific results. My husband has scheduled an appointment in September. Thank you, Dr. Wilkin, for restoring clarity of vision and allowing me to see colors like I did in my youth.

Dr. Wilkin and all of his staff at the Canton office, the Woodstock office, and the surgical center in Marietta get 5 stars. They answered all of my questions about the surgery and what to expect. They triple check everything, which gave me confidence that I chose the right doctor and company for my eye needs. I do recommend Dr. Wilkin and his staff to anyone needing anything to do with your eyes. They never rush you, if you have questions, so I apologize to the patients behind me.

The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I was pleased with the doctor but the staff was rude. When I called to schedule to be fitted for my contacts I was told my account did not exist. I was hung up on three times before being directed to someone who found me in the system. Do not use them they speak unkindly about patients they have seen.

This place was great- the staff and doctors are extremely friendly and helpful. The exam was lengthy with I actually really appreciated. I was going to Americas Best where the entire exam lasted less than 10 minutes which I thought was completely normal until my appointment at MEC.I HIGHLY recommend Marietta Eye Clinic in Canton for all of your eyeball needs. :)

No surprises. The procedure as well as the costs of each eye procedure were explained in detail. I cancelled the same procedures with a different eye medical group the previous year because of one surprise after another. I am very happy with Marietta Eye Center. The level of care and professionalism is outstanding. I will not hesitate to recommend this group to my friends and family.

I originally started going here for diabetic eye exams, and now I use them for every eye appointment I have. I suffer from dry eyes and what fees to me to be severe allergies. I’ve also had a scratched cornea and some other strange eye infection. When I would explain my symptoms, I was able to get a fast appointment, typically same day in those emergency type issues. I only go to the Canton location. I have recently been seeing a woman, and she’s my favorite so far. She’s very friendly and listens to my symptoms. She offers OTC remedies and wants me to report back to her if those remedies are working and providing comfort. Beth in the optical section is awesome! She’s wonderfully helpful and offers different options for my budget!

The doctors and staff have been very responsive. My eye surgery did not go as well as I had hoped, but my vision was very poor to start with. I was given contacts to use as my vision slowly improves, and I appreciate that. I have had difficulty scheduling appointments. I work, so Im not available in the morning and was told I had to have an appointment on Tuesday or Friday morning. When I had a day that I could do it, they were not able to coordinate. I am just not able to take a morning off. Its just not an option. I guess I just cant schedule another appointment.

Dr. Wilken performed cateract with lens additions (far & near side) that have given me the best vision ever! Hes very experienced and provides the best advice/outcome you can expect. I highly recommend him. For double vision, cross eyes and expert treatment plans, I highly suggest you see the brilliant, empathetic Dr. Bratton! She is a great Dr.

My wife and I have been using Marietta Eye Clinic for the last few years. Not only have they been responsive to our prescription for eyeglasses but they also have performed Cataract Surgeries for both of us. In everything they do, they are professional, thorough and friendly. They never leave a question unanswered or in limbo. I can highly recommend their services without any reservations. Dr. Brittany McNeely is really great. She saw my eye pressure was high and had me stay until she got it settled and then helped me navigate ongoing solutions to keep it managed. I cant tell you how much I like her and her manner. Id highly recommend her.

I alway have my appointment setup by their office with no problems. The doctors that I see always are very much up to date on all the latest info on eyes. Im very happy with Marietta eye.

Eye Surgeon and Optometrist performed their services excellently. Great outcome. Be aware - this is a very busy practiced and scheduled appointments with the doctors are routinely at least 30 to 45 minutes behind schedule. Scheduling appears to not be a strong suit of this practice. So be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting around.

I scheduled my annual appointment with plenty of time to renew all of my prescriptions. I received a text the day before cancelling my appointment due to an issue with the office. When I called to reschedule they did not try to accommodate my schedule at all even though this was due to their issue not mine. I finally rescheduled my appointment for a MONTH later and it was cancelled again. I asked for a call back from the manager and did not receive a call back until noon. By the time I received the call I had already gotten an appointment with a different office and had been in for my appointment. Once I told the manager this they got off the phone pretty quickly and barely even apologized for all the issues.

They were very thorough, and the doctor was experienced and took time to perform a thorough examination.

Dr. Justin Wilkin at Marietta Eye Clinic and his entire staff are top notch. Very caring, knowledgeable, and super professional. I am so glad my husband and I were told about him by our neighbor when it came time to be evaluated for cataract surgery. I just can’t say enough about Dr. Wilkin, his gentle kindness and bedside manner. He’s definitely a role model in both his profession and as a person.

Easy to get an appointment. Following all CDC guidelines during the pandemic. All staff was pleasant and professional. Dr. McNeely was knowledgeable, attentive and personable.

While the ONE technician was nice... everything else just rubbed me the wrong way. The very first appointment I had there EVER the Dr told me I needed surgery for my glaucoma... I went to the scheduling department to talk to them about my options. I repeatedly told them I didn’t want to schedule yet, and that I would need to think about it. Nobody liked that answer. Since then (that was September) I have gotten calls AT LEAST 5 times trying to schedule that appointment. At my last appointment, I told my doctor that I wasn’t interested in the surgery and I wanted to stick with the eye drops for now. She looked at me with this “I’m a doctor, what do you know” look. Needless to say I will be seeing another doctor, and I will not be going back to Marietta Eye Clinic.

I had issues with my lens and the placement of the progressive lenses. It was a little rocky at first lens replacement, after that the Dr. and Candace in Optical worked with me to get me seeing as good as I could out of the previous set of glasses I purchased from Marietta Eye. Fabulous job Candace!!

Love Dr. Wilkin but he should check on med prices before prescribing. The eyedrops prescribed are $576 for a tiny little bottle. I dont know anyone that has that kind of money to spend every month!

I was referred to Marietta Eye Clinic by a friend and I am thrilled that I found their location in Canton. I knew I needed new prescription glasses. I was given a thorough eye examination. Rather then just prescribing new lenses they recommended having my cataracts treated first. My vision has improved tremendously. Dr. Wilkins is fantastic and thoroughly discussed my options and recommendations. I couldnt be more satisfied. Im sending family members and friends there too. I highly recommend them and glad they have locations on Towne Lake in Woodstock and also in Canton Ga.

The doctors are great but trying to get an appointment by phone or speak to a nurse about a problem is ridiculously hard to do. I have left messages and did not get a response for days.

Dr. THURSWELL, Insisted 2 years ago that I needed cataract surgery immune and refused to write a prescription for glasses. 2 weeks prior to my going on a Alaska Cruise. He also Insisted my husband needed immediate surgery for diabetes in his eyes. Today I saw a Cataract specialist. Who asked me why I thought I needed Cataract surgery? I explained to him what Dr. THUSWELL had said. He said i dont need Cataract surgery and probably wont for years to come . Im so glad I followed my instincts and didnt do it. I had to schedule another appointment and pay twice to see Dr. Lowes so I could get my prescription. Buyer be where. Dr. Thurswell is a rip off artist only looking to make a profit. If I still lived in Atlanta I would cuss him out in person. Really poor practice scaring someone into unnecessary surgery.

I have been seeing Dr. Wilkin for the past few years and love him. I feel like he takes the time needed for an exam and answer any questions I may have.The optical center is wonderful too, however their selection of frames is a little more limited.

Ive been coming to the Canton location for 15 years. The staff has always been great. Beth who handles the contact fittings is wonderful, shes why my family started coming here. Theres new staff working the glasses area however. Ive always worked with a very nice gentleman but had the misfortune of dealing with a different lady the other day. If youre spending hundreds of dollars, investing in something as important as your eye care, answers to questions you have should be explained in an uncondensending non-belittling way. Some people werent meant to work with the public. Back office work is probably her forte. I wont mention her name on here and also will not work with her again. Ill buy glasses elsewhere. So very disappointed.

Dr. Augustine was exceptional. However the staff and the contact lens representative needs to learn customer service. The prices this clinic is attempting to charge people for contacts should be reported. I will never ever go back into this place or any of their clinic ever again

I had a bad experience today. I went to the appointment for an eye injury. I haven’t been to an eye doctor in 8 years. My experience was rushed and rude. My eye was dilated and I was given no instructions on how to deal with it. I was allowed to drive home immediately after my appointment and I felt unsafe while driving. I was not given any instructions on how to deal with pain or decreased vision. I was not given any instruction of what to do if my vision didn’t get better.Dr. Wilkins spent maybe 3 minutes with me and treated me like I was ignorant. I felt rushed. I will not be going back to this location. I was really upset at the way I was treated and the professionalism.

AWFUL. Avoid this place like the plague. Called them early Monday morning and ask if they could see me that day due to extreme eye irritation I experienced over the weekend. I arrived at 10:15 and checked in, clipboard, etc. Then I proceed to wait... and wait... and wait until 11:30 when there is no one in the waiting room but me. I tell the receptionist that my son is home alone and I really need to get back to him. She calls back and 10 minutes later a nice young lady takes me to an examination room and asks a few questions then leaves and says the doctor would see me in a few minutes. 10 minutes go by, my phone battery dies, 15 minutes go by...20 MINUTES GO BY and I realize its gotten very quiet outside the exam room. I come outside and the staff is gone! They went to lunch! After an hour and a half in the waiting room they left me in the examination room and went to lunch. So I stormed out and now I am having to start from scratch and make a new eye appointment with a different eye doctor.DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM MARIETTA EYE CLINIC IN CANTON, GA.

I saw Dr. Wilkins for a cataract growing on my right eye. I was very happy with him and his staff at Marietta eye clinic. He removed the cataract within 2 weeks and the next day I could see again normally. Yay...

I would advise against going to Marietta Eye Clinic in Canton, GA. Dr. was OK but I would not recommend getting your glasses there.I made mention that I hated transitions not to order them like I had before. She ordered them anyway. When I asked her about this, she said she went by last order. I cant believe how stupid. She said I would be reimbursed. I called 3 or 4 times asking about refund.Same excuse. Then she said she would email and call me back.She didnt. Had forgotten When check arrived I was supposed to get $230.00 per lense. I only got $80.00 back total This place doesnt care about their service .

I scheduled a routine eye exam at marietta eye clinic. They make you wait extremely long and arent professional whatsoever about the scheduling of appointments. Many people were waiting for a long time, over 30+ minutes, it was ridiculous. I eventually left without seeing the doctor because of the wait. Not to mention, I was extremely uncomfortable there; the customers were staring at me the entire time like I didnt belong there. Do not waste your money at this establishment, there are many better places to go in Canton.

Both eyes good experience - like one week apart so is completed quickly.Can really see now - clearly and distinctly with all bright - love seeing the true colors of everything.Marietta Eye Clinic does their surgery in Marietta while I live north of Canton in Lake Arrowhead so theres an hour and a quarter drive to surgery, but worth it. Dr. Wilkin is wonderful and very caring about the surgery experience - especially that I was so nervous. Anything about messing with my eyes makes me almost catatonic - am worried about one day going blind. My Mother had macular degeneration and also glaucoma so am concerned.All nurser and office staff at both Marietta and Canton are caring and really responsible and knowledgeable about their duties. Great jobs by all! Thanks.

What A Wonderful Experience!!!I had surgery through Marietta Eye Clinic yesterday. Dr Wilkin, the nurses and staff exceeded all of my expectations. The nurses and staff are so pleasant to talk to and very patiently answered all my questions. Dr Wilkin thoroughly explained what would be done and walked me through the process. He patiently answered my questions even when I asked to have things explained a second time. On the day of the surgery everyone kept me comfortable. It was a very calm and relaxing experience. The outcome of the surgery is better than I anticipated. I would highly recommend Marietta Eye Care and Dr Justin Wilkin for any procedures that need to be done.

Brought my daughter in to have her eyes checked. She is 6. The doctor himself was nice (only reason for 2 stars) , however the technician was incredibly impatient with my daughter. My daughter was nervous as it was her first eye appointment and the lady getting frustrated with her did not help at all. Diagnosed with 20/20 vision yet got a paper home from school saying she failed her vision test.

I have severe photophobia (sensitivity to light). I couldnt tolerate the brght light in my eyes, so the doctor couldnt get a good look. He was very disgusted by me, and very rude. It took 3 weeks for my glasses to come in. I paid 3 times the amount for glasses and lens than I did one year ago. I will not go back.

I had the Symfony Toric laser assisted cataract surgery with Dr. Wilkin. His professional manner was outstanding and I trusted him. I was very anxious going in, but the staff at the surgery center was so professional and kind. It is an absolute miracle and blessing that I can see without glasses again.
