Dr. Assaad is very thorough and knowledgeable. She explains conditions and procedures very clearly. I appreciate the amount of time she spent with me. She and her staff have excellent customer service skills. My YAG laser procedure was smooth and easy. I have the utmost confidence in her.

She was EXTREMELY dismissive of an issue Im having with my eye that is having certain problems. She couldnt see any problems with it after examining it, and just completely brushed my concerns off. I actually had to push for answers and to get her to recommend an MRI since she couldnt see anything physically wrong with it. And when she pointed out that I could probably use my first prescription she told me she wasnt going to write a prescription because she said I wouldnt wear the glasses, since my prescription wasnt a high strength. This was her first time meeting me! How does she know if I will wear the glasses or not?? In fact, she initially said the reason I was having the issue with my eye was because of my eyes straining - so why the heck wouldnt you recommend I get the prescription and wear the glasses, instead of predicting that I just wouldnt wear them?!! On top of that, the entire staff was curt with me, and dismissive of my issue as well. Also, when I finally was getting my prescription, she flew through the entire process, and didnt take the time to assess what my vision was like through each individual eye, despite the fact that I told her everything looks smaller with my right eye.. Like what is wrong with this arrogant woman? I will NEVER go back!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Assaads for 4 years now shes a great doctor very up front told me everything that was going on. I had cataract surgery and it went amazing I am seeing wonderfully! I would recommend her to anyone for great eyecare!

I highly recommend Dr. Assaad. She performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes and my vision is greatly improved - far better than I would have thought possible after years of wearing glasses. Dr. Assaad is kind and caring, and she made the entire process easy and painless. Her office staff are also professional and pleasant.
