Very efficient screening process when entering the building. Set up for social distancing. Wait was a little longer than I expected, but once I entered the blood draw room, the draw went quickly. Well done.

Long walk from handicap parking. The people there are knowledgeable and business like.

I usually dont have any issues with getting my blood drawn... I have to make a special request everytime to be laid down due to a respone my body has... im not afraid of blood or needles but if I get my blood drawn sitting up I start to pass out.. one day a tech at a different location told me I should be doing it laying down and I have ever since without any issues and they are always accommodating....today however the tech decided to argue with me instead of just doing what I asked.. she tried to tell me that my problem was not enough water and I was overthinking it and its just one tube.....one tube or not I feel like this was an unprofessional response on her part. I tried explaining my issue and it was like it was going in one ear and out the other as she was just trying to get me to sit in the chair... I dunno about other people but I like to not pass out when someone is taking my blood... today was just a bad experience...

I have always received efficient service in a timely manner for my family.Not just one time but for for a long time.Very convenient location.Getting the report online is unbeatable.

Always been happy with service and not sitting in lobby waiting. Offers many different types of services.beyond lab and urgent care. Once I had asthma problem and the Dr treated me plus his concern for my well being called an ambulance to take me to the hospital. I knew his concern for me out weighed everything else.I would be remiss if I did not mention that there are many fine professional doctor offices in the same building plus now there is an operation facility for out patient surgery in the same place.

I understand the long wait on saturday mornings, but most of the staff is incredibly rude. I had no choice but to bring my toddler with me as I had to give a urine sample and after an hour of waiting i went up to the window and nicely asked how much longer because he was starting to get ancy and not sit any longer. The nurse proceeded to yell at me and told me to go back and sit down. She wasnt even done screaming at me when another nurse called my name. The rude nurse then just stared daggers at us the entire time. Ive had chronic kidney and bladder issues so i have no choice but to go here and leave urine samples. but i shouldnt be screamed at for asking a simple question, especially when we can all SEE YOU playing on your phone and hear your conversation about your weekend plans. I absolutely loath this hospital and am transferring elsewhere, preferably to a place that doesnt loose your lab results/ specimens or have an absolutely horrid attitude.

Long saturday morning wait, which is expected. However the lab techs were very rude to those asking a time frame of a wait. I understand it slows down service, but if you dont want people to ask make an announcement. I watched her yell at a man who asked. We are not doing this, we are not doing this. It will be a long wait so just go sit down I understand that unexpected surges are stressful and frustrating but there is no reason to speak so rudely to patients.

Absolutely hate when I have to come here. Always a long wait and for a two second poke.
