Rani is so professional and makes her customers feel comfortable. She talks to you and make u feel like your part of the family. My daughter loves her and continues to be loyal to her. I have been going for the past 5 years on and off for my eyebrows and each time I have been extremely happy and enjoyed my conversation with them.

My mom took my sister today to get her eyebrows done in the afternoon. The older lady was very rude (spoke Arabic) to my sister when my sister took the receipt and wasn’t aware she needs to sign. Keep in mind my sister is 15 years old and the lady yelled at her! Even from the time they entered the salon, she was rude and frowning the whole time. We know the owner is a nice lady but she should really be aware of who she’s hiring and how rude this employee is.

Started out going to ranis salon to get eyelash extensions, which turned out perfectly! (Photos on her Instagram) Now, my daughter and I see her regularly for threading, and she perfects them everytime. We both have thick middle Eastern brows that are unruly and hard to do, so its really exciting to find someone who can do them correctly. The salon is always clean and shes on time and professional, not to mention very friendly!!! I dont typically write reviews but this place is a real gem.

My wife has come here for laser treatment a few times and is very satisfied with the results. She had gone to other stores and locations with no results, but when she came to this salon, she has had a positive experience with great results!

It was my very first time getting threaded and she was so nice! And told me I had nothing to worry about, she was very welcoming and polite! I love when you pay for a service and get great hospitality as well I’ll definitely be back very soon!

My sisters and I have had a struggle finding a consistently good eyebrow threading salon and after trying a few places, we’ve been loving Rani’s. I’ve had my brows threaded by multiple employees and have not had an issue with any of them!The store is not visually the most appealingand I have not tried other services offered but their brow threading is great!

I love getting my eyebrows done here! I have no complaints about the eyebrow services. However, I tried getting my eye lashes done and never again! She rushed and didn’t make sure they looked decent. Not worth $35 at all.

Came in 15 min after closing and she happened to be there and took two appointments for brow threading. So kind and fast! Brows look great men’s and women’s. Gentle threading too. Will return.

Wonderful service! I went to Rani’s for laser services. The ladies take great care of you and take time to explain everything to make sure you are comfortable. My skin feels so much better after just 1 treatment. I was a bit nervous before hand but afterwards I knew I made the right decision to choose Rani’s.

Late week I called nmprice was $12 n then today she ask me to pay $15.Love to go back to telegraph barber shop they charge only $11.I m not worried for my 3 dollars...It’s ur business I don’t care I m customer...many of MY friends recommend you. Hi, I Went to Ranis Salon for haircut and ended up getting highlights...I explained the kind of result I was looking for and left the decision to Rani pick a color for me. This was my first time getting highlights and I was extremely happy 😊..Very professional and the place was clean.

I have been coming here to get my eyebrows threaded for over 13 years! I have always LOVED the way my eyebrows looked when I left. I have since moved out of the state, but when I come back to visit I always make sure to stop in to have my eyebrows threaded! I trust very few to do my eyebrows and have always had good experiences with Rani! I highly recommend this salon and have brought many friends here who have loved it!

Great customer service, reasonable prices! I was seated right away and had my hair consultation with Rani. After choosing the shade of red I wanted, she did my wash, color, cut, and style. My hair feels incredibly soft with layers, just as I requested. Also had my eye brows done, nail color, and henna. I had a wonderful experience and will be back again! Rani’s salon is very dirty. Rani is using very bad, old and dirty products on the customers. Rani is treating her employees very bad no respect at all... Rani hired some people without licenses.Rani hired Indian lady for $8 with no license - Rani treats her like slave and make pressure on her to do deep cleaning for her salon which is not fair. The Indian lady didn’t accept her rules, because she didn’t accept her rules Rani kicked her off. Poor girl she is super nice and hardworking and so innocent. I loved her so much..That’s why she hired the people with no license to treat them very bad.

I would give a 0 if possible. My mom and sister have been here and had the same issue on separate occasions. They dont have the heart to write a bad review so I will. On the first occasion my mother went in for brown highlights in her black hair and because of lack of cleanliness and unprofessional practices she came out with beach blonde highlights in her very dark hair. Today my sister went in for brown highlights in her dark hair and she ended up with blond highlights. She was devastated as this was her first time having her haired colored is it was a horrible experience. Even after she complained her stylist said go and try it and come back if you want it fixed(so she can charge us again). After this, along with other comments, I have concluded that this business is thriving on taking advantage of its customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.ALSO STOP GIVING 5 STARS FOR AVERAGE SERVICE. I used to get hair cut done at Ranis and always love it! They take good care and also give good suggestions on styles.

This issue happened last Saturday evening, I went to get my hair curled and the lady that initially did it did an extremely poor job. Looking at myself in the mirror made me want to cry. It looked like it had not been combed in years and looked like the biggest mistake Ive ever made. When I went to go pay for the hairdo, I told the lady I was not happy with it and definitely could not walk in to the occasion looking like that. She sat me down again and dropped the high heated curler on my arm, did not apologize or give me ice, just went on with her business. I got home and saw I had two terrible burns. I was in extreme pain and arm numb. I did what I could to take care of myself. I went back Monday to show her and still no apologies. I asked for some kind of compensation and she told me she could not could anything for me but give me one free eyebrows service. That does not cover the lifelong damage she has done to my arm and the pain I have been experiencing. She told me it would go away in 2-3 days. Here I am in the 2nd week with the 2 burn areas. I have gone to many salons in my lifetime and have never experienced such poor and inconsiderate service. Businesses want to keep their customers and keep them happy. Not this place, she was unfriendly and rude in front of other customers. She was in denial and ignored the entire situation. The $10 service that she granted me does not cover what she has put me through for the rest of my life a scar that will stay there forever. FYI, it is a third degree burn. I have very thin hair and dont understand why she had the temperature so high. Like Ive said, no hair salon has ever used high heat for my hair. And then the first lady was trying to color my hair, for what? Did I ask? No, I did not. I asked for simple curls. The business is dangerous and I highly recommend people to not go here, PLEASE go somewhere else where they will treat you with great kindness and awesome service. This place only cares about making money and not client satisfaction!

Not bad of a place. Went in yesterday to have my eyebrows and upper lip done. This was my second time going. The woman who did my eyebrows was good and efficient but I would have preferred the younger girl who did my eye brows the first time. Still the best place Ive had my eyebrows done.

I should have known it was too good to be true I got a really good deal through Living Social for $46 for a haircut, color, conditioning, and style. The haircut was okay but when the older lady went to wash my hair she got the entire back of my blouse soaking wet! I told her to keep her hand under my neck and it would prevent that but she didnt listen and the style she blow-dried it thats it after I told her my hair is natural curly just scrunch it with cold air a we dont have time for that. Well if you dont have time for me I dont have time for you

I love Ranis! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I have been going there for 13 years and they always ask about my family and how I am doing. My eyebrows have never looked better and I am always in and out in a timely manner (about 10/15 minutes) for eyebrows and lip!

I had a very bad experience going there for my party make up and hair style. They charged me a lot for nothing. 55$ for party makeup. I brought my own eyelashes and just to applying she was asking $15 extra. 40 dollars for straightening my hair which is little longer then my shoulder. I told her my skin is very dry and she doesn’t know which products use on dry skin. My foundation was looking very dry. Her brushes were very rough and old. My skin was irritating. Rani doesn’t know how to blend eyeshadow she made my eyebrows look very dark. She applied lipstick unevenly with poky lip brush. Very unprofessional in make up. Everyone was saying in my party that I do my make up better then this salon. Don’t go there for makeup. You will be crying coming out from there like me.

I feel like Im turning on a friend by writing this, but Ive held my tongue for too long. I have been going to Ranis to have my eyebrows threaded for about five years and in that time, the service quality has been in a consistent decline. Initially, nearly all of the employees were skilled and well-adjusted to ensuring that clients received what they wanted. However, now it seems as though many of Ranis staff members just lean to their own advice and say deal with it, to their customers. I have thick eyebrows and like them that way. I only ask for a subtle clean up. What I have gotten for probably about the last five or six times are thin and unsightly pointy brows. I normally dont make a fuss because I know how to fill them, but what am I paying for if I am ultimately expecting to have to handle my brows on my own or fix their mistakes afterwards? Today, in the time that I was in the chair with one employee, another got a client in and out with extra time to spare. I suspected that maybe too much was being taken off, but when I spoke up, the employee working on my brows was seemingly offended and became defensive and hostile. I am not criticizing, I just know what I like! Unfortunately, I think today was my last time at Ranis. Heres my advice: if you choose to go to Ranis youre taking a risk and have to be comfortable with that. You never really know who or what youll get. Personally, I just need more consistency.

This shop does about as good a job as any other salon at waxing and threading (although when I got my eyebrows done there they removed far too much hair), but the customer service is absolutely awful. I cant even count the number of times I have entered the shop on my way to someplace else, hoping to get a quick threading, and finding myself having to wait half an hour because the person who is doing threading was in no hurry whatsoever, and simply loitered around the shop rather than trying to get to all her customers. Just recently I was told to leave the shop and come back later because there was one other customer getting her makeup done. The prices are relatively cheap, but in my opinion its not worth the hassle.

I have been coming to Ranis Salon for years. I love the hair cut that Rani gives. I also loved the facial that Mamta gave me. They stayed over after closing to provide service to me. I get great shape for my eyebrows.

Rani Salon does a great job especially with haircuts (ask for Rani) and eyebrows threading. Their staff is very friendly and they always try and accommodate walk ins . They have a lot of great services - facials, henna and other party / wedding packages as well to choose from.

It is the worst place I ever been to. So filthy, unorganized, bad supply, bad choice with their old fashion nail polish. Ladies are so rude, and not gentle at all .I got fungus in my toe nail. They are using the same equipment for different people, the lady said I cleaned it every night with Clorox. Really, hello where we are at? for cleaning nail supply in Clorox .I will never ever go there again never. This place should be close.

Do NOT go here for threading eyebrows!! I’ve come here in a pinch before when my usual salon is closed; I’ve come here several times with no problems, but they started hiring new people and they are no good. Last time I came, there was a new girl there and she made my eyebrows super thin after I told her to leave them thick. I chalked it up to a rookie mistake and let it go. Spent 2 months growing them back out.Came back today and will not ever be returning again. First off, a woman who has been there for some time did my eyebrows. Started my service by making a phone call on speaker at the same time she started on me— completely distracted from the get-go. After specifically telling her to keep them thick and just clean them up, she made them super thin and UNEVEN. I had to point this out and she just stared at me, as if she didn’t know what I was talking about. I then pointed out than one was thinner than the other and she nonchalantly said that it was because I hadn’t let them properly grow out, then said I could just fill it in and continued to stare at me before asking if I wanted her to fix it. She did, but did not bother to clean off the hairs off my face or offer astringent. It was bad enough that she destroyed the eyebrows I’d spent 2 months growing back, but her nonchalant attitude about it was what really pissed me off. I will not only never come back, but would strongly discourage anyone I know from coming here- especially for eyebrows.

I previously went in with a Groupon and had a great experience. The lady told me next time that I came in to let her know I wanted that deal and she would give it to me. Upon checkout I reminded her of what she had previously said and she said that she doesnt do that anymore.... When I had only seen her less than a month prior. She was not friendly, spoke mostly with mmhms, and consistently jerked my head around when doing my eyebrows even though I was doing as she asked. I would not recommend this place to a friend, family member, or stranger. Buyer be warned. If I could give less than 1 star I would especially based on the presentation of my eye brows after she finished.

One of the ladies was very rude to me when I got my brows threaded. It was my first time and I even told her this but she was still very rough with me, grabbing my hands aggressively, etc.. never again.Edit: hours later I noticed how scabbed up it was under my brows. It hurts alot. Im absolutely never coming back.

Very disappointed with the owner. Bought a hair color package for 100$. I called several times to make an appointment but they couldnt find my name in the book and asked to call back as the owner was away. This happened multiple times. I spoke to the owner a day after the package expired she basically put me on hold for 10 mins and later told me that I was lying. She also didnt bother to check with the girls that usually answer the call. Don’t sell a package when you cant offer the services promised. Lesson learnt!! This place is a scam.

I purchased a Groupon for my Daughter and I was charged an additional $45.00. They did an all over color and then blond highlights. However, after looking at it closer the highlights were done poorly. Big chunks of blonde just on the ends. I feel so bad for my Daughter. I have to take her elsewhere during the week of finals to have it fixed. The decor is poor also in the salon, and my Daughter said they were rude to her. I am requesting a $45 refund for the upcharge because now I have to get it fixed. So disappointing. They do not have enough experience with hair color.

If you want your hair colored avoid this place! And anything else. Its very unorganized. I won’t be going back. When i was able to look and go through my hair in more detail once arrived home, the woman who did my hair didn’t apply enough to the roots of my hair so you can see my original hair color! It looks like I never got it done. It looks HORRIBLE!! and I really wanted my hair to look nice for the holiday. A very rushed job I feel. They are extremely busy and only two people working. So I feel that had a lot to do with it. The woman doing my hair kept having to go back in between other clients. So I felt it was very rushed and I am unsatisfied with the service i received. It’s not like other salons where you go to and get that one on one interaction and time with your hair stylist. Rani the owner checked me out upon leaving. I had a Groupon deal for style, cut, color and conditioning treatment for $46. Since they had to use extra hair color as she said, she stated she had to charge me a few dolliars extra....$10 extra?! In my time of getting my hair done no place has never charged me like that and not like this place did. I say that Especially when using a groupon deal. It’s okay because more to put on my review for a first time customer. I find it funny because the woman clearly didn’t use enough hair color on my hair. Other then that I won’t be going back. Also during the start of my appointment before i changed from highlights to color, the woman said i would need toning which cost $25 extra, that’s fine, but I said I couldn’t pay extra as i didn’t have it. She then yelled to owner across the salon (and other people are in the salon) “she dont want to pay extra”. It was very rude to do, embarrassing, upsetting and honestly it wasn’t necessary.

Friendly staff however very slow and my brows look horrible! Not at all what I asked for. I asked for arched brows that were not thin. Basically cleaned up with an arch. My brows are thin and uneven! I will never let them do my brows again.

Extremely unprofessional, very rude to customers who don’t speak english, horrible customer service and all around disrespect for their customers - should be closed down and reported. Workers tell the customers to “speak english” and refused to serve foreign customers because their hair was too “dark” and “messy”, and abundant amount of disrespect that should frowned upon and never allowed in a place of business. Also the workers began to yell in a place of business and refused to the ladies hair it was very disgusting behavior and I will no longer to coming here.

I went online to see the reviews, they were all positive so I decided to give it a try. I do not know what the other people that reviewed this place when they said that the customer service was great. The lady was down righ rude, she was on the phone constantly, even when she was doing my eyebrows, to top it off her daughter kept interrupting her asking for chips over and over. She did not even hand me a mirror to see her work . Not only are my eyebrows uneven now, she totally ignored what I had asked her to do with my eyebrows. She shaped them( incorrectly) and did not even bother to clean it up, I had to tweez all the hairs she missed. I do not normally bother to write reviews but I received such horrible service that I need to save people from a huge mistake. STAY CLEAR of this AWFUL PLACE. They NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN

Let me start by saying that the people there were very nice, however nice isnt the only thing that makes great business. I heard about this salon on Groupon while looking for nail salon. When I walked in I was surprised that it was a full service salon since that wasnt mentioned on the Groupon. Upon entering they asked me to pick a color and the options were very very limited limited so settled on a silver polish. The lady who did my pedicure wasnt prepared when she set down to service me. While the pedicure was nice the polishing was less than subpar. I pointed some things out to her and Im not sure is she understood due to language barrier. When she completed I was very dissatisfied so when I sat down for my manicure (with another lady) I told her Im not trying to be rude but this dont look good she seemed to agree and offered to put another coat of polish on. While she did my manicure all she did was clean my cuticles (not very well) and polished my nails. The polish looked Horrible and bumpy! She first blamed it on the polish then blamed it on my nails!!! By then I had already cashed in my Groupon so it was too late to refuse payment. She put another coat on my toes and what would you know there were no dryers, fans or nothing to dry my nails. After all that beat service they expected me to sit there 45 min too dry. I left so fast! My toes dried but by the next day it was chipping. I would not go there again. Not for nail service at least. But on a positive note they seemed to do real well with threading eyebrows...

Even they don’t deserve for one, they are not hygienic, they used unknown company products, or expired products ,apply same product to multiple people without discarded, I got facial last Saturday, experience was worse they seem unprofessional, now I got allergic reaction from their products,I am suffering badly from irritation, redness on my face.Their room was and cloth were dirty. Service was poor.I would recommend, if care for your skin then don’t go there, beware.

I came here to wax my upper lips and I don’t know how they managed to peel off the outer layer of skin of the right side of my upper lip. I have been waxing my upper lips for 10+ years now and this as never happened to me!!!!!!!
