We had the couples 50 minute relaxation massage and would highly recommend to anybody. It was a great experience and will definitely be coming back.

Received a spray tan before I was to be in a wedding. They made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job evening out my existing tan lines. Shout out to Kara for doing such an amazing job!

Phenomenal as always. Only downside is when you leave you so relaxed you dont want to drive or drive thru Belden Village to get home.

When you think of a relaxing day spa...this is it. Very calm atmosphere when you walk in, calming music, a water fountain going at the entrance. Ive tried manicures, pedicures, facials, couples massage, swedish and deep tissue massages. The therapists are thorough. I love that when youre in the room, its dark, you cant hear noises from the hallways or anything. I only wish I could go more often!

Kim was fantastic, took her time and educated me in skin care as we went along. I went for a detox body wrap and facial. My experience was amazing and definitely going again! This experience made me want to to facials more, and learn better self care.

My daughter and I had a massage today and it was amazing! I had Shane and was so very pleased.. He was wonderful put perfect amount of pressure. I felt great. My daughter had a good experience she loved it. She said her person wore gloves, I would definitely not like that. I wanna feel skin I feel like gloves took away from it. Going back soon!!! 😁 also the front desk staph was super friendly!!!

This spa was the nicest one I’ve ever been to. I was greeted at the door. The paperwork I did was easy and I had a nice relaxing space to complete it. I was offered water which I accepted. The staff were amazing! They made me feel comfortable and they very friendly and professional. The massage therapist was excellent!! She talked to me before hand and we discussed what I needed most. And then she did everything she said she would. Best massage I’ve ever had. And just so everyone knows it was a prenatal massage and I was feeling pretty rough when I walked in. When I walked out I felt like a million dollars! Best experience ever!! Thanks Atrium Spa! I will be a regular customer.

She did a great job on the massage and the exercises. Along with other workers different time having services done. Enjoy the massage and the stretching. And learned different types of massages. Definitely five stars

I had a CBD oil massage with Laura. It was amazing. The oil warms you up and relaxes the muscles so much with just regular pressure. I felt great afterwards and the next few days also. Would recommend this service to anyone. Thank you Laura

This spa needs some help. From poor front desk/phone manners/communication to services. When coming to a spa you want to be led and informed and pampered. I had to call back and ask about details on what to wear and bring for treatment. Also, it would be nice to be offered water and shown where the tea station is upon arrival. Practioners were nice but should ask more questions first about the client before starting treatment sessions. Major drawback was all the talking that went on during treatment. You want to promote an atmosphere of calmness, peacefulness and serenity. This is not accomplished by talking about your life and life situations to your client. Your client is there to relax and unwind not to hear about you and your life. My massage practitioner talked incessantly.

My mom and I had gone here to get a massage and we are frequent customers. We both have gone many times because the massages are amazing!!! Although today we had a gift card from Christmas last year. We went to go use it today and we were told there was nothing on it. Which is false. They told us that they got a new computer system and there was no record of us at all in there system. And continued to tell us there was nothing in the gift card. So now they have to call their old system and try and find record of our gift card. I find this confusing as to why they wouldnt just transfer all records from their old system to the new one. The ladies were rude and didnt seem to have any concern what so ever, basically in a round about way telling us oh well theres nothing we can do. Until we said to find it in their old system. I have to say after being a costumer for almost ten years Im extremely disappointed in the way they handled this.

Kim is a knowledgeable, experienced, and intuitive esthetician. I enjoyed a classic facial today, and can honestly say it is now the best facial I have ever received! My skin feels so clear and hydrated, and I feel very relaxed.

This is my favorite place to go for a massage! The whole atmosphere from door to table is relaxing!

Ive been a customer here for nearly five years now, I see Lidyia at least once a month to get my nails filled, Brenda gives the most amazing massages and Kims hand are made of magic. I did notice some sort of the same vibes that the other customers are talking about under the old manager, but they are under new management and she seems awe-some! Nothing but love and healing hands here! ❤️❤️❤️

I had a facial done by Kim. It was amazing. My face felt refreshed and looked like it did when I was in high school. The facial wasnt rushed and the atmospher at the spa is very rich and relaxing. I would defiantly recommend The Spa at Atrium to a friend and will be going back in the future.

Called for a gift card for a customer of mine from Florida. Never returned the requested phone call. Called back, the representative was poor in her phone answering skills. Very unprofessional customer rep. She became rude and refused to give her name. Upon calling in to put in a complaint, it was stated the representative was the spa manager, Shirley. She became rude again, and stated her boss was not available. She stated that customers are not always right and some are not worth having. She unprofessionally hung up. Customers pay your wage and it is now understood why she is only a manager and not an owner of anything. Poor move, Florida customer of mine is quite wealthy... I have fired delivery drivers for less.

Excellent massages!

This used to be my favorite place to get massages. I have gone here for Years!! I dont know what happened but they are very unorganized and I feel like the massages are mediocre lately. My last experience really put me over the edge. I was disappointed with my massage---dont get me wrong, he was very nice but more of a pressure point massage than a swedish/relaxing massage. Huge mix up with my gift card which kept me there for an additional 40 minutes--for 1- because the girl at the front desk didnt know what to do and 2 - her supervisor couldnt be bothered to just handle the situation so we could leave. My relaxing massage was wasted because I was so irritated by the time I got to leave. The way it was handled was just disappointing. Really miss the warm inviting atmosphere that it used to have.
