In my opinion it is a wonderful gym with many different packages. Down town experience and small town convenience!My suggestion start your day with the gym and coffee with your friends. Then take the opportunity to shop the small businesses along the way.

Friendly, clean, convenient location on the square. A great spot for those new to gyms, staff listens to your fitness goals and helps with advice how to achieve them. Nice new equipment and wifi too!

Gym is always clean. It’s actually opened 24/7 as advertised. The people who work there are friendly. Tanning is an option. Would recommend.
