This is only focused on their email newsletter. Because their email newsletter does not have an unsubscribe link, I have emailed the practice several times, asking them to please remove me from the newsletter as I have never been a patient at this practice and yet I receive no response. I have been trying for 5 months now. I dont even live in Michigan.

Dr. Grimm is easy to talk to and always helpful. Highly recommend this practice.

We love this office. Our entire family sees Dr. Grimm and he truly cares about his patients. He is thorough and kind and is good with children. He saw me through a somewhat challenging pregnancy and was caring and compassionate through the entire pregnancy. It was wonderful to have the same doctor that saw me through the pregnancy and delivery also then see my newborn as a patient. He is truly a family doctor. We are always able to get in same day for an appointment and we’ve made our fair share of frantic after hours calls and he is always patient and friendly, regardless of the time of day. Highly recommend this practice!

I have been going to this doctors office for years and I have truly loved it! Since Dr. Grimm has gotten more patients and grown his business he has become less caring of his patients and money hungry! So sad that I have to now find another doctor since I enjoyed Sarah the nurse practitioner whom actually cared about my symptoms and what was going on in my life rather than how fast she could get me in and out like dr. Grimm does. I missed one appointment recently and was billed a 25 dollar no show fee for it. Absolutely ridiculous I hope that one day he can clear up all of the money and greed that has clearly gotten to his head.

The Nurse and Doctor are awesome!! They are great with infants and kids! Always make sure I understand procedures and care afterwards. No long period of waiting. The only downfall is that they do NOT call to confirm your appointment a few days before. For any busy mother can easily forget their kids appointments coming up.

I am an African American mother and I highly DO NOT RECCOMEND. This doctors office always made my family and I feel uncomfortable due to the color of our skin. One time I was 5 minutes late due to weather conditions, but had called in advance to inform the staff that we were running behind. They didnt answer the phone, so I left a detailed voicemail. Mind you, there is a grace period anyway if I am running late, but upon arrival the staff rolled eyes, and stated well your appointment started at xyz time and youre here late so you should be happy we even had a slot left because we cancelled your appointment. The tone wash negative, and made me feel as if my sons care was not a priority.Another example of why I do not recommend is that they lost sensitive paperwork and tried to blame me for their mistake. My son had to take a hearing test and we followed up at his check up appointments regarding the results and they called me several times because they couldnt find the record. So once i contacted them back they told me that I did not take take my son to the test, I was a bad mother, and well if you took him to the test what was the address of the hospital you went to... ect.FIRST OF ALL, Dont call my phone with an attitude and make false accusations regarding my childs care. I should be the one upset due to miscommunication on YOUR end. I did my part as a mother and took him to all his scheduled appointments on time. And if your office did make a mistake- thats fine... were human... but I have a problem when you talk to me crazy like my son is not taken care of.Its just an unfriendly environment in general. A Caucasian woman and her child entered the office the same time as us, and she received the most friendly greeting and smile, and when it was my turn to check in... no greeting just name.Pros of office- they give you a typed up summary after each appointment (I love that I can keep a nice record of such especially for his first album- There is one doctor and one nurse Sarah. They are both OKAY with my son. But in comparison to the new office we go to, the new office plays with my son, talk to him, take their time, and are gentle with him as well.

We have been with Dr. Grimm for over 5 years, and wouldnt go anywhere else. He is a true cradle to grave doctor, and his nurses are amazing!!! We always get a phone call before our appointments :)

Went to this doctor to once. And when I tried to return he and his Receptionist did not answer the phone. I won’t return.
