I came to this doctor because my husband saw her. She has lack of concern for her patients needs. She scheduled me a CT and I got the results back before she called me. The results didnt look good on my end because I had just had surgery on my right kidney last year and now it looks as if I have to get the left done as well. I also had something new going on in my middle and right lung and that maybe the reason for all of the pain and she called it non urgent. She gave me medicine that I told her that I can not take.This is not a good doctor at all! Im made I had to give her 1 star

She doesn’t seem like she cares, kinda cold. Not personable at all. She barely examines me. She actually seems kinda uncomfortable herself when I’m there. I tell her of issues I’m having and she brushes them off. Went in for an MRI, got the results back that showed I have mild arthritis. She only followed up with me thru a generic letter telling me that I have mild arthritis, she didn’t give me any next steps, tips, hints, tricks, nothing. She’s an internal med doctor who does paps as well, but she’s extremely rough, & it makes for a very uncomfortable experience.When I had Covid & went to the er I was able to do a follow up video call with her and she did review my X-ray & prescribed me meds for the double pneumonia I had that made me feel better & took me off of work for 2 weeks while I recovered. That is the one positive experience I had with her in the last 3 years that I’ve been going to her. Every other experience I left just feeling like I wasted a copay. But after Covid she never followed up, didn’t want to make sure everything was good after. She never sent me anything to let me know what to expect, or when to expect to be clear off the infection, or when I should be concerned. I ended up going to urgent care to have another chest X-ray to make sure everything was good, & to get follow up care from them.

Dr. Kennerly is a great doctor. She made me feel comfortable and is personable. Additionally she explains meds and whats going on and is an inspiration.Karen March Moore

Worse experience I have had with a doctor. Doesnt listen, lack of concern, did not address the issue, misdiagnosed, didnt explain medications, didnt spend any time with me, didnt examine any possible problems that I had. I would suggest not wasting your time.

Been seeing her for several years and her lack of concern and failure to address your concerns is getting really bad. Seems like she cant wait to get rid of you!
